One important reason why we(Japanese) obey signal is for children. If they imitate our bad manner, it' very dangerous for them. We adults have to be good teachers. So children walk alone safety in Japan while adlults watching them from far.
Kyoto is utter hell on earth right now. To be fair, the Louvre exhibit at Kyocera Art Museum is really good but, if I didn't need to visit relatives, I wouldn't be here.

It really depends what you consider cheap. It’s more expensive in ways and cheaper in other ways. We compare to our country Ireland, and it’s pretty similar cost wise. But compared to other Asian countries it’s quite expensive
