My biggest maxing motivator is using collection log methods to max. Train Agility? Work towards sepulchre log etc. Is helping me massively so far :)
Aerial fishing was the only clog I can't bring myself to do for very long. As a result it's one of my last skills.
really underrated btw. I went in wanting a fish sack on the UIM and when I was out I was like 96 fishing and 94 hunter, I gained like 2-3 levels just going for fish sack.
Agreed. Monkey backpacks alone is like 1.2m agility xp.
I've taken a detour from sep for monkey backpacks and introduced big bass swordfish and shark as afk grinds. Tempoross pet is likely multiple millions of xp, I'm already 97 so propably won't be going for that
That’s what I thought, until I got 3 abyssal protectors and no lantern to 99 😂
The best way I have found to do my maxing grind that I have just started is to just do whatever skill I feel like doing for however long I feel like doing it at a time. Made some serious gains with this in the past weeks.
"My favorite skill, Runecrafting. Which was my first 99"
Sir, you are a madman
i've only started playing about 2 months now and your videos helped me so much. thank you
Amazing knowledge, ty for sharing everything you have to help me casually enjoy Runescape again!
Ive found a comfortable way of grinding mainly by finding random items i want. Currently im going for the Collasal Sword from Giants Foundry, and ive already gained 20 lvls in mining and 20 lvls in Smithing just trynna get it. Still havent BUT working on it and enjoying it as well.
Something I think is worth thinking about while playing is to look at things like pets you might like. Let's say you like the Cerberus pet, you can grind the boss starting at 91 and you would get like 2 mil xp on rate and an insane amount of money. Not to mention the combat xp. Or you realize you want it after you hit 99 Slayer and then just get post 99 XP.
Same with a Skilling pet. Might be better to do a worse xp/h method if the odds of getting the pet is better, and ideally you realize you want it before you hit 99.
Collection log works too. Skilling for the sake of skilling is kinda boring, so having a purpose is kinda nice.
Wow, I was literally looking for maxing videos last night and seen you didn't have one. Read my mind man LOL! Thanks for the vid!
You definitely deserve more recognition that what you got your videos are on point and top notch
I know a lot of people set goals in order to not get burnt out in the game. When I got back into osrs, my goal was to get all pets. So far its been a few years and I've been off an on but was never burnt out, just life got in the way. Doing so has coincidentally made me grind every skill to some extent to make things easier. Example, I'm doing dag pets right now but wanted the noted bones as well since I'm grinding them, so I finished the Fremennik Elite diary's in order to start grinding dag's. :)
I highly recommend smithing addy platebodies. Great xp rates and you can profit nowadays, plus you don't feel like you are on a timer
Doing gold bars at blast furnace rn to 90 then prob addy pl8s for more afk to 99😅
Perfect timing on this. Didnt play for a few months and always forget what i can even do in the game
Ive been questing like no other on my fresh account! Just came back to the game and this is the greatest free xp you can get. I HATED quests back when I played on my main back in the day.
But obtaining a quest cape makes maxing seem more achievable because all your skills will be 70+ roughly. Havent had this much fun since 2012 and prior 😊
70 is about 5% of the way to 99 :)
Dude those neon sign skillcapes are so sick Im gonna get one when I get my first cape here soon
thanks this guide was right on time as always. keep up the good work brother!
those lights are sweet man i definitely want to get some myself!!!
new osrs player- coming from wow, it is extremely different from the modern mmos of today. i would have no idea what to do if it weren’t for your videos. thank you!!
Same bro. I STARTED with rs2 in like 2007-2008 but my parents were assholes and wouldn’t let me play so I found it when they released osrs mobile so i tried it after playing so much Diablo 2 and wow so coming back to osrs was different but it’s definitely my favorite mmo again 💕
For you! Many thanks
Went from 500 overall to about 1850 in the last 3 months. 121 cb and 6 99s. Started to burnout so I’m definitely looking for an actual plan on how to slowly but surely max. Thanks alot for all your guides They have helped me tremendously.
3 cb 99s in 1 month is insane
thankyou king!
I did con before slayer because maxed house and con cape is so useful for slayer!
I also recommend you do crafting early on too
I'm on course to max in early 2024. Very close to base 90s
So i am in a loop. Since 2021, i bought the required supplies for 99 construction and 99 cooking. Recently logged in and i left off on 67 construction and 93 cooking. Which one should i get first? I was thinking 99 construction since the untrimmed skillcape for it is rare and i would love to own 1. But 99 cooking is right there and easy 99 cooking but idk. Thoughts? Thanks.
Ive been on 2208 total lvl for over a year now lol i get sidetracked doing other things, like chasing the kraken pet. Doing the champions challenge. Which was fun, but long. Saving brimstone keys is my longest thing. I have 3735 keys rn. 16 months of saving.
Love ur content bro keep it up
Legend
Killing it bud
I "gamify" all the time. It not only is a good way to pass the time, but makes me feel as if I'm doing things ore efficiently as I go. I'm also a very competitive guy, if I don't have someone to compete with I compete with the standard
There comes a time when one longs for some kind of content that appeals to your very being. Sometimes the only thing one needs is a kind of relatable content, a struggle that all people of this generation go through. I feel a connection to this video like no other video. I've seen so many different OSRS guides, so many different forms of content and none NONE I SAY has connected to me the way this video has done. I hope, no... I pray that one day this video will be streamed and shown to the children of future generations describing the struggles of times long passed. I feel like I have reached the precipice of media, the zenith of all content. No other video, no other artwork, no writing NOTHING could reach the heights of this video. It's professional, yet immature. Thought-provoking, yet stupid. Amazing and yet awful. THIS VIDEO FITS EVERY TYPE OF CRITICISM GOOD OR BAD THAT HAS EVER BEEN MADE OR WILL BE MADE. There is nothing left. I feel enlightened because of this video, yet, sad, Sad that my journey has come to a rather unexpected end.
For some reason, I've chosen wc to be my second 99 (first was str), and idk what's wrong with me. At 97 now
I'm maxed and i regret having construction and crafting as my 2 last 99s , If I had to start over, I'd do crafting and cons asap
W video as always
Chaos alter prayer is relaxing/chill?
Something that's reinvigorated my love of the game is going for a unique aspect for my account. I wasn't sure what 99 I'd do first, but now I'm deadset on going for the untrimmed slayer cape. I'll have all my combat skills nearly maxed by then, so multiple birds with one interesting stone haha.
Am I dumb? How did you get double xp for gold ore and also pick up the bars without ice glove swap?
I was wearing my max cape. Smithing cape perk makes it so you inherit the passive of the goldsmith gauntlets, so I only need ice gloves
Poggin'
Also if you try the most efficient method and find it annoying/boring dont do it, do something fun but less efficient so doesnt feel like a chore. If you persist the 99 will come sooner or later, you will not lose anything for taking the longer path.
As an Ironman I debated un ironing it as I’m full time work and parent and can get maybe couple of hours a day but the amount of progress I’ve done makes me not. What do you personally think?
Why not get second account as a main? Eventually you can maintain membership with bonds for both accounts.
The main goal for my account is to do all the boring/easy/low or 0 requirement 99s first. I don't care about it taking a lot longer if I can break even or profit a little bit
My account is almost 10 years old. My highest skill level is strength which is at 84. I don't think I'll ever max this account but I still have fun playing
What’s the best untrimmed cape?
Runecrafting, Slayer, HP in that order.
If you have any of: Cooking, Strength, Firemaking, Fletching (untrimmed, in that order) you're objectively a loser. I was an untrimmed Cooking caper once
number go up is good
did Kaoz just unironically say that runecrafting is his favourite skill?XD
Always has been
The best way to train ? Multi train methods. Using only methods that train multiple things at once is the best way to train in my opinion.
Is there a maxing guide for ironmen?
Yeah, just follow this video but get everything yourself
Got total lvl of 2107 today, just 170 more :)
you can get 99 fm with only like 5m if you bonfire maple logs
As an Ironman I would recommend Runecraft first.
- Fire/Earth for staff spells
- Cosmic for staff enchants
- Nature for agility alching
- Law for house portals
how can be runecrafting your fav skill man please explain its 40k xp/hr how can it be your fav one...
Autism
Best advice is don’t stick to one thing hop around and find unique ways. Do the boring stuff on the side you don’t need max efficiency. I burnt out hard just questing in the best order and quit for 6mo a year. Though it’s the best way it get so boring.
Forgot I also did afk kind crabs well at work and only did boss tasks for slayer when possible. This made me very rich but also it get old killing thousands of abyssal sites
How the he'll is rc your fav skill?
Develops strong mental
Btw i still havent found ur new discord :(
Bigger number is more gooder
Gracias broo Like for you y una en español pa los latinos xd
I want slayer as my first 99 non combat but wth i get like 20k average exp an hour lol
Buuut I enjoy slayer and focus on stuff like brutal blacks
You forgot ranger boots
Thief needs to be buffed it’s so aggravating to lvl
99 all combat, almost 92 in all others. Halfway to max…… Idk if it’s worth it haha
8:22 how is he getting the 2.5x XP without the goldmsmith gauntlets? Tf? Cant find anything in that?
Max cape
@@KaozOSRS That's what I was thinking! Thank you for responding bro. Love the videos!
God bless and forgive you
I went from 283 Overall to maxed in the last 3 hours since this video came out. Thanks, Mexican RNGesus!
Its are bit lie about prayer if you pvm can easily get prayer for free from green dragons
We can barely tell what order to maxed your skill the graphics are too fuzzy
Your internet problem
Great video but u skilled fishing lol
you maxed out atk last????? lol very odd guy. quest and rc cape was first wth. Range ftw
Why the pot of greed?😂
Stream pun
what order to max? none, walk away before becoming addicted to the game 😅
Lol at how to stop yourself from wanting to low alch yourself
first
If agility wasnt the worst skill ever to exist it would be a lot easier. At least thieving sucks and is fast. But agility sucks and is slow
Only sweaty weirdos max
Maxing should not be your goal
Hello, KAOZ! Everyone here.
