I just verfied it with assumbed defect device. I had bought a opcom device with 1.99 half a year ago, which did not work for all this time. After this video I tried out manual driver selection and indeed I could see that Windows had selected the ftdi driver from another ftdi based interface I have. After selecting the correct one, my Opcom finally worked. Thank for the content mate.
