I've had the Tough Built work belt system for many years, 15 plus. Love the different pouches it had. I was a remodeling contractor/jack of all trades. Love the fact that I could change from job to job. Sometimes, several a day. And just change the pouches I had on my belt. Never had a clip or pouch fail ever, and there were times I would have expected them to. Glad to see them getting into tool storage and I would expected the same quality in these systems also. Great company 👌!!!
After several trips to multiple Lowe’s stores, I finally found some of the drawer boxes that I wanted. Picked up the rolling cart, the 2-shelf unit & 2 work tops. Mine will mount in my van and my shop. The boxes will be fit out with tools, and various hobby gear. I’ll load the van with the gear for the adventure (or work) of the day. They are expensive, but I can’t make something that’s a functional as this for the price.
I’m a General Contractor I just purchased the ToughBuilt Stack System after owning the Milwaukee. I love Milwaukee tools as far as this storage box system absolutely No Comparison
I’m 100% Happy. I got lucky and found the containers online from Lowe’s , the word is in late October the Lowes stores will start carrying ToughBuilt boxes once again
Thanks for the info! It’s good to hear you don’t have regrets.
Nice set up ! Use some handle bar tap around that tote handle just done mine and its amazing the difference, no longer digs in.....
I just laid eye's on it for the first time today, and i was floored, it's awsome, i'm gon treat Myself, indeed!!!
Do it, you deserve it!
Finally managed to buy in the Netherlands👍
Congrats!
I hope HomeDepot and Amazon will carry ToughBuilt
Same. The more the merrier.
I don't understand why we in the US or at least in San Jose CA, can't get any stock at LOWE'S. There is a pitiful selection at my local store and they have no plans to order any more. How is it that in Australia, and the UK they have no problem getting Stacktech products, but here in the US, home of Toughbuilt, we can't get anything. AND Toughbuilt will not allow direct orders from them. How are they going to make money if they will not ship products to stores?
We can get them in England just fine, for now anyway. That said, pricing is way up the wall.
I’m down to 3. STILL NOT SURE WHICH TO GET: Toughbuilt, Klein Tools MODbox or Kobalt case stack. I was going Milwaukee, but then noticed their “accessories” are extremely limited. Thx for ur video. It helps
im so tired of waiting for the stacktech bottom rolling drawer box what is the holdup
Understandable, that’s really the only hang up with this brand.
Great video, Markus
Thanks Paul!
I liked this video, Markus. I've got the pack-outs, but definitely appreciate the corners and accessory addons with your system. And the color, too. But I wonder if your video was sponsored or if any of this equipment was provided? I know you mentioned the cooler was provided, but was that all?
The drawers as well. There was a whole section of the video where I mentioned purchasing everything I could locally and then reaching out to get some things from ToughBuilt that Lowes didn’t have. I cut it because the video started to get bogged down (like this comment😆) All my opinions are genuine and I wouldn’t trade the entire setup for any other brand. 👍🏻
I don't know Milwaukee Packouts system because I own them, and I think Flex storage system is the better competitor to Toughbuild
I have Milwaukie, rigid, and toughbuilt. Like them all. Tough is awsome for extreme camping, army use ( more like pelican and harding). All work well. I do like black better.
6:47 geesh they're getting big!
While I always enjoy you bringing your family and life into your videos, I do not appreciate you pointing out the passage lf time and me getting older waaaay too fast... 😂😭
Pshhh don’t remind me!
If you want.
Wanted to just purchase the car that you pull. Can nose drawers go on top of it?Please comment back.I would do those two boxes and the two boxes with the drawers
Managed to check them out recently in a store. It's a really nice looking system but the closer you look you realise that the design really compromises on useable space. It ends up with massive empty cavities which means less hardware you can store in an equivalent sized box. Construction is average, not up to the quality of storage boxes like Pelican or Nanuk which have handles that lock in place and metal reinforced padlock points. As for people commenting about stacking a wide box on top of 2 narrow boxes, they are releasing an adapter to enable that, but this should have been a design issue they addressed before going into production.
I wished toughbuilt came out with Stacktech earlier. I had already went with the Packout before they released their Stacktech =/
I love seen lots of folks selling their packout stuff to get StackTech. Packout is super popular so it’s hard to find someone willing to take it off your hands 🕺🏼
As someone else said 6mos. in and no dolly to be found. In San Diego area no drawer units or accessories. I reached out to Toughbuilt mos ago they told me same as you, we are going to restock Lowes, and begin to make product available at other retailers. Even said this should begin by summer. Good product, bad follow thru. Oh ya I really enjoyed the video.
I snagged a drawer unit a few weeks ago, they were in stock on the lowe's website.
Big orders coming in, we'll have them restocked very soon!
Stacktech is nice but Milwaukee still got them beat on price and modable options
Can you tell me the model or give me the link to the tool holder you had on the outside of the box at 1:05? Thank you

@@TheReformationWoodshop Sorry I did not explain my question properly. You had a tool pouch with screw drivers and some other items hanging off of the steel tool holder. I am interested in the tool pouch itself. Thank you.
Nice video...I like the tool bag that connects....and the cooler is pretty cool too. Milwaukee is great but overpriced. This is not what I would call cheap either.....cheap being the negative word....but it is still pricey.
I see that reekon tape in your bag
Love that thing. I’ve got a video showing it off 👊🏻
I like rigid dolly better. I cN put the drawers on the bottom. Toughbuilt will get there
With the price of those boxes i could easily build something out of wood and just as sturdy and for a 1/3rd of the price... Those prices are outrageous..
That company barely exists any longer. Can't find any product in my nearby Lowes. I contacted their Customer Service to purchase their folding work bench and pretty much was told to "stand-by to stand-by". Sad.
It’s a tough situation that hopefully they can overcome. Not all of the details are public but apparently Lowes has been a horrible distributor for them. They’re branching out so 🤞🏻
If it really works for the consumer/worker not cheap but speed and quality makes money.
I don’t like that you can’t stack on the half boxes.
That is unfortunate but as you work with the system your natural inclination would be to have them on the top anyway so I don’t see it becoming that big of a deal. 🤷♂️
@@TheReformationWoodshop If you have a tall stack being able to put a full size box to help stabilize it during transport is great.
Still waiting on Canadian retailers. So disappointing
Charging in A closed box might not be smart due to the the heat charging produce.
For sure but if you integrate a fan to vent out the side of the box or something fancy like that… maybe it could happen? 🤷♂️
You're talking about a railroad car full of moolah for the whole system!
не волнуйся, я дам тебе денег...
😊

Not better than packout but if you want the best system go with dewalt toughsystem. They might not has as many options but the drawers are ip65 rated and as far as I know non of the other brands drawers are
6 months in and a dolly nowhere to be found.
Not available anywhere outside the US....
Not sure about other countries, but available in Australia.
Available in Korea and New Zealand
Toughbuilt’s biggest problem is itself. They suffer from poor stock market performance from their own actions that may end them. Can’t take a chance on a storage system that may be RIP in another year.
You have to at least used the Milwaukee system to make a claim that is better. The current Tough Built has a lot of issues to overcome, for one promises are just that promises. They had multiple month's to stock up and haven't delivered. Lowes is a detriment, probably the worst big box store. Competitors don't sit still, just looking at the Milwaukee new releases. Almost all the boxes are made by the same manufacturer, so the plastics use wont change by much, the budget systems have thinner plastic/structure. You sound like a salesman, some of the examples used where kind of meh. Lifting a handle of a competitor is not a sign of quality, i much prefer the stiffer handle as it can stay closed and secure. I'm still rocking a Stanley/Dewalt/Crafstman Tstak , the prices of this things are expensive(including Milwaukee). you can hit 1k with just a few pieces, just insane. Overall stacktech is a good system, need improvement and availability.
@TheReformationWoodshop reply to this comment😂 he right 😂 but let’s be honest Milwaukee is just ahead of the game😴 biggest brand out there

Milwaukee hasnt made the necessary changes it needs to. Their boxes have been surpassed by a few. Their are indepth reviews where Milwaukee drawers arent and drag more with the recommended allowed weights compared to others. Toughbuilt has the best latching system. Can be done one handed in half the time.
@@hachi-rokuperformancegroup3987 bro...dewalt is dookie. Even if the toughsystem is good, it will be pointless when dewalt releases tough system 3.0 which will purposely make all your current stuff obsolete. and the drawers are ip54. The rest of the system is ip65 though
meh
