Very sketchily explained.! Should the phone be on or off when inserting the SIM card.? Does not talk about the gold side nor clipped edge in one corner.? 🤔

Thanks. While demonstrating he doesn't explain which side of the SIM card goes up? (He shows it Gold contact side Up). And whether the Notch corner is then on Right or Left side? Or whether the Notch corner goes in first or behind? On directions I've seen elsewhere on Googling/and YT, says "Be sure notch corner is on right and goes in first." However, on my Samsung Galaxy A11, when gold contacts are Up, with tray hole to align with phone hole, the notch corner is on Left, and not to the front. So....

Answers: I got it to work, correctly inserted: On my Android phone: 1. Align tray hole with phone hole {for which way is up for the tray. On mine: Right side alignment) 2. Align corner notch on tray (Rt side on mine) with notched corner on card: When Matching notch on card with notch on tray = Gold Contact side is Down. (Not Up like he shows and a Googled direction from T-Mobile says). If you align the Notches and tray to round hole, on mine the Gold contact side will be Down.
