Bought 3 of these and love them. Sooo comfortable. We've mastered inflating them. Both hands squeeze like we're wrining out a large wet sponge then wait till its absorbed air again and continue. Did it in 5 minutes. Love, love, love. No backache.
(frankly i was waiting for the thing to explode when you crawled on it ;) doesn't seem to be self inflating, you had to do the work ;) questions: a) what's the R-value of the thing? (found simliar products on the zone - but not origem) b) underground for the big mats: have you tested the savotta sleeping mat? would you recommend that over a "elefantenhaut (german water protection sheet) + rubbermat with an aluminum-shield (r-value of 2)"? (currently using a sea2summit, searching something that's more comfortable bc i tend to rotate when sleeping
@@RedBranchBushcraft too bad about the r-value, didn't find a single hint on all the 12cm thick ones. without insulation they're good in summer, but automn/spring/winter..?
Good video but buns you've got to use your sock foot lights waves on the pump and it blows up within 2 to 3 minutes, with an air pump it blows up in about 30 seconds
Not hard at all, you just have to keep giving the inbuilt pumppad the foot thoroughly. Absolutely no need for a pump, also cause you only need to pump it 2/3 the way, cause you need some sag for the hip or you sleep too hard. Its just a thicker air matress after all.
Você precisa pisar na tampa da válvula, isso foi feito para inflar usando o pé! Pisando sobre o buraco da válvula. Assim o ar não escapa. Você estava fazendo errado com as mãos (BRAZIL)

I like combining the Varusteleka pad with an inflatable pad , meets thorns and stuff from ruining you sleep, I've no idea or r rate

Mine after 4 months it looses air but can’t find a hole after 3 hrs
Could be the valves
Love the hat. Where is that from?
It's an akubra cattlemen's hat from Australia
Hi. How did you get on with the Lomo inflatable sleeping mat? I see you're still using the Thermorest. Thanks.
It was grand, I've a out 4 now that I rotate through , but the thermarest is my favourite
Where's the link for the camping mat? I'm betting it's up there somewhere but who can tell with all that blue ink?!
I think it there, if not I'll get it to you later on
Pretty nice. I have a Unigear tarp maybe I should get this pad also. Where's Bruno?😅
Waiting for an opportunity to bust this

Could you use an inflation pump with it? You nearly lost me during the inflation bit…😂
yes, completely, there are one way valves up top, i slept out in it a few nights later and i had it pumped up in half the time it took me here

@kawafahra cheers buddy
That would work well in the back of my truck. 🤔
It would be perfect for a truck , or even in the house as a spare
