When I was stationed in Japan, I had the opportunity to eat beef tongue at the Korean BBQ restaurants. It's such a great cut of beef. Sesame oil and sea salt. Absolutely delicious.

Hey Captain, Cow and Pig Tongue is a delicacy in Newfoundland Canada. I have never tried it on my BGE's but may now have to give it a try. You should try and get your hands on some Cod Tongues and cook them either using the Wok or the Plancha. They are as you would say Delicious.
I hope to cook a tongue some day soon. I want to do the wet cure and turn it into sandwich meat. The more people turn away from it, the cheaper it'll be at the butcher :)
