Now-a-days technology is changed and AVRs are under High Stress with 3D sound processing and 8k video processing. 1 ot of 10 AVRs are getting faulted out. Hence in this situation, it is very important to think about after sale service and support. People are getting conned a lot by selling non-warranty products in the name of warranty. Many of them have approached us for warranty for the products that they purchased from others. So it is up to you whom you choose. These systems are here to remove your stress, unfortunately in recent times I am seeing lots of people with opposite effects on this. Quality support and products comes with a price. You need to be careful whom you choose to build ur dream. Hypothetically speaking, you have bought an AVR and you have been given Bill and told that it has been covered under warranty and have been given a cheapest price as possible in the market. AVR is dead within a month. The sales person does not give a proper answer or doesnt pick up ur phone. now dont tell me you wont have any emotions here. You are right to say that there is nothing to be emotional in doing business. But for us, we are building some one's dream, we are dealing with someone's life time savings, hence we will deal with utmost emotion and passion. Sorry for the long reply.
Great work sir as usual the way you explained is awesome 👍.. one suggestion while we do Aquatics pls also do anti-termit treatment so the wood panels won't damaged and will have more life time... This based on my experience...

Competitors are nothing new to us sir, we have been doing business with our competitors for more than 3 decades now. We only criticize, only if customers get conned away. We have set certain standards, we only build home theaters using the equipment that surpasses our standards which will ultimately give cinematic experience, which is the goal of both us and the customer. We cannot deviate from that if the customers ask us to compromise on quality over price. If you reveal ur budget, I can build a best Home theater that can fit ur budget, But if you ask me to give a 15 lakhs worth of Home theater to do within 10 lakhs...that will not work out. So there is a difference.
Yes Brother, you are right. The position of rear speaker is compromised. This is because, there is a door on the rear left wall to access a storage room. Hence, we were unable to position it on the rear wall. This is the reason why I insist customers to reach out to me during the civil work or planning phase. Yet, a compromise is a compromise, I will not justify it.
