Played it back on the demo days. All the way up to 2142. I lost interest but picked up BF4 and enjoy that a lot. Getting on TeamSpeak servers

I've been a gamer almost all of my life. I was about 10 years old when Battlefield 1942 came out. But now I'm starting to regret I never played it in the early 2000's. Would have been amazing.
