Hi, I've been watching you ride while I wait for my controller for my new, DOA, Rad City 5+ (week 4). Not sure who assembled your bike but have a couple of comments. Your PAS controller should be closer to your thumb, the bell should be flipped 180 (on the outside, actuator below the handlebar)) and the mirror mount should be on the right side of the PAS controller. Then you can slide it to the left. Your rear fender, wire bracket, should be mounted to the lower holes on the fender. This will lower it to the rear wheel and then the rear reflector will mount into the holes. You seem to be missing the rear, handlebar and wheel reflectors... I'm riding the old fashion manual way...Have fun!
We received our Rad City 5's while we were in Florida for the winter staying in our motorhome. I had Rad send the bikes to the local, Rad recommended, bike shops for assembly. The bike shop was a busy, unorganized, two man operation so, I think they rushed through the assembly. Thank you for telling me where the mis-installed parts should go. I'm going to rearrange those things. I hope your controller arrives soon so you can get out there and enjoy the new 5+. All the best.
