This arc in general left so many questions unanswered, it's a good arc but you can tell it was rushed due to shueishas limit and the fact kubo was sick.
It's nice because old man zangetsu (which we know is yhwach) told ichigo that zangetsu is the only sword that can strike him down when he was getting his bankai. We knew the ending all along.
This is way better than fyemaj's manga animation, because in the manga animation cuts most of the scenes which makes us understand whats going on. On the other the hand this mmv contains every single pannel that was necessary to make us understand what is going on.
Just a random thought, I think the reason he won here was because the past that was re-written was not Ichigo's sword being broken by Yhwach, but when it was broken by Haschwalt, which would also explain why he couldn't just break it again instantly like he did this time. He tried to break something that didn't technically exist in this timeline, and would also explain why it degrades into the sword that shouldn't exist, his original sword. Thanks for the video
True bankai was the finishing slice for yhwach, if ichigo handn't cut him then he would still be alive. So it's fair to say true bankai defeated him alongside the help of uryu and aizen
well Aizen carried the early fight and after ichigo killed yhwach, yhwach came back after rewriting his future, which is at this moment Uryu gave time for ichigo to kill yhwach even tho it wasnt enough cuz yhwach broke AGAIN ichigo's sword just to witness in the end the real Bankai of ichigo was the original Zangetsu.. so Aizen and Uryu carried but without ichigo they would have done no shits
without the silver arrow defeating ywach was impossible, he legit died and came back with his power, u go defeat alone a being capable of doing that lmfao, this is one of the anime moments where jumping the villain is necessary for the win
Well the true goat was Tsukishima because with his Book of the End, he changed the past of Ichigo so Zangetsu is no longer broken in the past and Aizen change the present, also Ywach can't see the future clearly because of Haschwalth tricked Ywach, making him believe that the future he saw was a dream and not reality. Basically Tsukuchima changed the past, Aizen manipulated the present and Haschwalth tricked Ywach in the future.
Soulmadness is the guy who synced the music. He single handedly made the bleach manga better than what the anime has given us so far (besides additional scenes) imo.
Wrong, Ywach is like an entity made of energy he will always resurge and after 999 years he will regain his full strength unless banished completely, in the future Kazui managed to do so.

Imma just pretend that because ywach was consuming aizen, his hogyoku had caused an interference which had lead him to not predict his powers being stopped. Sounds dumb I know, but the hogyoku is a little tiny fraction of the soul kings power after all. Could have numbed his senses slightly.

I guess it depends upon the will of who wields the pieces of the soul king? The sternritters literally worshipped ywach and would give their lives for him, whereas aizen, even though he only had a tiny fraction of the sould kings power in comparison, hated the soul king and ywach. His goal was to reach the top in order to become the ruler, and get rid of all who would stand in his way.
I mean it could work, the thing about the hogyoku is regardless of what it's made of it has constant adaptation and it increases itself no matter what, it's an ever growing power source that also explains why aizen alone even when suppressed got stronger in muken, if the hypothetical is taken then that would mean it was outgrowing and out phasing the already large amount that Yhwach had which is still possible considering it did adapt to Dangai ichigo in minutes if urahara wasn't there he would've ascended to greater heights and that's also remembering that the state he was in before being hit by mugetsu is on par with Fullbringer Bankai ichigo (who is the same ichigo who fought yhwach during the first invasion)

In this particular case the thumbnail was automatically chosen and it was a video I posted back a few years ago and I had no idea it would blow up this much, but just by the thumbnail and title alone people won't know the action which happened inside only minimal. Besides I have also apologised to some people who were complaining about the spoiling too in other comments
