Ishida seems to be partially immune to his powers and there isn't much he can do about that. He packed everyone else up nicely

Because Almighty however broken it is, is still an Ocular Ability that requires Sight, so Aizen's KS which take over all 5 senses is a great counter to it.

I've seen no evidence that Yhwack having The Almighty already active when Kyouka Suigetsu is activated would protect him.

Aizen manipulates what people see but see how he found it interesting that ywach thought he was fighting ichigo? He doesn't necessarily control what the enemy sees, just that they see something incorrectly

Only people who doesn't realize Uchiha's eyes don't make them immune to illusions. They are affected like anyone else, the problem is that most of the idiots who used genjutsu on them decided to look them in the eyes giving them the opportunity to counterattack them.

Genjutsu who affects the ears on the other hand are a lot effective on them too, because genjutsu that affect hearing are the fastest at reaching the brain and so even reacting to them is complicated and since they can be used by distance without even being seen it's even more complicated to figure them out.

I cannot wait for them to fix this in the anime. For a final fight it was extremely short and disappointing. I really want Ichigo and Ishida to team up to fight Juhabach just like Naruto and Sasuke did to fight Madara.
