It had been under the stupid request of the coward father of the 2 brothers, asking a simple and naive girl to get around the firm hatreds. The crazy mother-in-law was a terrible obstacle.
Wu Tong was cheated by the lawyer brother that he wanted to make peace with her husband. So she put efforts in convincing her husband. Eventually she made fool of herself that she was trapped by her grateful friend. Her husband abandoned her with a 2nd child.

How is it that when there is a feud between 2 men, regardless of their relationship, the one caught in the middle is the innocent woman who has endured so much over time and at the end, she is expected to forgive and forget with very little effort from those who offended her? Aside from physical pain, her emotional suffering is supposed to be minimized because those who have offended her are sorry. I completely understand that we all promote forgiveness but somewhere along the way, the damage to a woman like Wu Tong is so deep they need to grovel more .

You forgot that this feud started around the time the men where born. So they were innocent at first but that changed as they got older. However Wu Tong was not the only innocent party left who was getting hurt, Tongtong is still innocent.

Filing a lawsuit against this lawyer brother who faked photos, and actually sexually assaulted her by taking off her clothing after drugging her and pretending (I think it was pretense) to have sex or levels of intimacy with her while pretending to be her friend....just to get back at his own brother because he had interest in the woman and wanted to get her or take her from him. I'd sue him and yes his career and reputation would be destroyed. That "If I can't have her, then you won't have her either" mentality is just too selfish and childish. First she told him over and over again she didn't want him. Second how nasty can you be to want to have sex with a woman who already has a child with your brother? If she did chose him and have a baby for him, the babies would be siblings and cousins. UGH! Third, it would not have worked anyway since she was already secretly married to the brother, so he actually sexually assaulted his sister in law, a pregnant married woman. As husband the brother should've believed his wife, and sued the brother...and maybe even his own mother. Also this wronged woman was too forgiving. I would've made visitation schedule to see my son and after I had the new baby I would've sued for spousal and child support. The son may have needed the father but she never asked to be with any of them and was happy taking care of her own child before his gloomy, boring, mean spirited self showed up. Even when he was with the actress she never tried to interfere. It was him who barged into her life, and after declaring he didn't want kids, suddenly demanded custody of little Tongtong, and had the son staying with his evil, mean, heartless mother. That alone would've caused me to go to jail because the mother mistreated the son, grandson, and grandson's mother. All those psychological issues that both that man and his mother have to force Wu Tong and Tongtong into this cesspool of pain is beyond me. Mother needs psychiatric help and should be institutionalized.

The CEO is very manipulative. Tong tong is just a tool to have her back. If Wu tong doesn't wants to be with him she is not going to be able to see the boy again. I think there were some details cut off to the final version of the episodes. On the face of it, we couldn't find too much reasonableness in the reactions of them 3. How they were substantiated in the forgiveness and compromise seemed incomplete.

Wutong entering their world 🌎 only enhanced the hatred, neither one of these brothers shared with Wutong that they were related to each other, only when it reached a boiling point 👉. Wutong then tried to remedy the years of resentment/ hatred between them. She was the sacrificial lamb in this family 👪 world 🌎 of power, money 💰 jealousy, resentment and hatred. Wutong never cared about power/money in the same way this family 👪 did, she wanted a simple life with love and family. Wutong was humble in her thoughts and deeds ..This family, the Lee's & Xiang both took advantage of this naive and gullible woman. Xiang Jun only agree to help her because he wanted to go after Lee Zhongmou. Lee Zhongmou only dealt with Wutong because she had Tongtong and then he sought to control her interactions with his money,actions and words. Lee Zhongmou was selfish, he despised Xiang Jun because he felt Xiang Jun was going after Wutong because they were entangle and Lee Zhongmou mindset was...No one dear interfers with Lee Zhongmou. Wutong was in the middle..loving one brother and being greatful and friends with the other in attempt to bring them together. Wutong was outmatched and out witted but in the end her Love prevailed.
FINALLY! XIANG JUN ADMITTED THE TRUTH TO ZONGMOU.. THEIR GRUDGE AND HATE TO EACH OTHER HAS FINALLY ENDED AND THEY BECAME NOW OKAY AS BROTHERS.😊💕 THIS IS ONE OF WHAT I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR😊

He hurt Wu Tong all throughout the drama, had this horrible impression of her and never really gave her a real chance, took the only being she treasured and loved dearly, her son, simply because he could- him, his brother and the rest of family treated or used her either for their own selfish agendas or like absolute crap because they had money, I don’t know how many times they looked down on her for being “poor”, how many times he used money to get his way.
Wu Tong was nice to his brother because she believed they could relate with each other a certain level, she looked at him as a friend and for his own selfish reasons he breaks that trust, drugs her, and makes it look like they slept together just to get at his brother.
Lee ZM has accused Wu Tong of sleeping with men due to jealousy, his brother knew just the right buttons to push and he pushed them- the issue, he didn’t believe a single thing Wu Tong said to him, yelled at her and said horrible things, accused her when she was basically describing being a victim BUT in this moment, between brother and brother, he chose to believe his brother just like that, no questions asked just believed him but when his own WIFE told him he couldn’t believe her, have faith in her, support her, you know, BE THERE FOR HER!

What Lee did after her leaving doesn’t scream love it screams control, he just wants to be able to control her- if he loved her he should’ve left her go; he got their kid, he didn’t care for her when she was present and now she disappeared which for her, is the best. He should’ve known the moment his brother came into the court room, he would no longer have a wife.
I honestly don’t know what Wu Tong is doing, she disappeared and she disappeared good and if it wasn’t for Lee ex-girlfriend I believe she would’ve stayed disappeared- once she was there she should’ve sent divorce papers and divorce, she was happy there.

Poor Wutong, she had no choice, everything and everyone she held dear was now out of her reached. The man and child she loved the family and happy life she envisioned was now gone. Plus, 🤔 she wouldn't be able to fight Lee Zhongmou for continued visitation, Xiang Jun was no longer a viable option legally and the trust between she and Xiang Jun was now broken. She had to restore herself in order not to be that naive and submissive nor over-optimistic in everything including human relationships. Everyone of them needed rectification. Her so called persistence was in fact stubbornness. She claimed she had been deeply in love with her husband. But she tended to promote her own feelings to push him accepting his rival XiangJun, without unknoting the mixed feelings deep down inside.
