@@SmolPotatoLord a lot of people agree that he survived the fight, the main controversy is surviving the crash, some say that his titan could’ve protected him like BT did to us, but others say he’s titan is inoperable. The main argument against this is because we never shoot the interior of his titan, viper was controlling the titan before we shot him, and since no one is controlling the titan once we shoot him, it falls, yet since all titans have autotitans, it can still take viper to safety, since we know it’s systems are still operational. Although viper was one of my favorite characters, I doubt he survived the crash, but he definitely did survive the fight with us tho.
I don’t think she’ll become a legend personally. With the events that have happened so far, I think it’s more likely that she’ll be involved in some other way.
@@hellfire286 Ash is currently planned for season 9 and has been rendered as well as her sword fully first person. They could switch around the release timing as they did with horizon and valk, but at this point theres no doubt she will join.
my theory is that ash wanted to claim the soils or reward for finding the brantium but when they tried to use it they couldn't use it properly because Horizon was the only one who knew how and something went wrong making that giant blackhole looking thing back home
The Fold weapon makes an appearance I believe in the final scene of Promise which leads me to believe that Branthium has something to do with the Ark restoration.
The Ash theory is the only one I think is actually true. Makes to much sense for it not to be. Especially the voice line that’s partially cut out that you here from Ash and from Horizon
Simulacums dont lose their memory after they die. Revs memories were getting wiped/repressed after every mission by Hammond so that way he didn't catch on that he was a Simulacum.

I agree with everything you said except for the fold weapon part. Thanks to the audio logs from Anderson we know the IMC didn't build the fold weapon, but maybe they used the branthium to make the casing for the Ark.
Something that could potentially happen story wise is that Ash raises Horizons son and he eventually becomes Viper. And going even darker, they could make H's son think of Ash as a mother and when she died/became a sim, he could maybe have volunteered to become a sim as well so that he could stay with her.
You probably won’t see this so I’ll keep it brief. Remember the line, “What kind of kid doesn’t like ice cream? Every kid likes ice cream.” Could this be human ash/ Dr.Reid breaking the News to Horizon’s son and taking him out to get ice cream to cheer him up? I can imagine loosing your mother at 5 would be really disheartening to the point where nothing cheerful could work and thus Reid is getting frustrated having to look after him. Which would then Lead to the creation of pathfinder by Dr. Reid to keep the child busy. Also, the elements are there for the son to be revenant. Having a step mother who doesn’t really care for you makes you a very bitter person... combine that with the fact that now we know where revenant killed loba’s parents is Olympus and revenant’s human form is blond with blue eyes, just like the boy seen in the promise short.. Just a theory
I'm pretty confident it's only Revenant who experiences the cumulative memory degradation due to his specific circumstances - he's the only simulacra whose source code is hosted externally, as far as Caustic seems to imply. Although, the simulacrum transfer process (or the programming that supposedly convinces them they are still human) may have a similar effect! I'm sure it's said somewhere that Sarah Briggs has gone through multiple regenerations! [6th Gen Pilot?] I do agree with the idea that Viper could've been a simulacrum, but I find the guy super boring & kinda pointless to bring into things so I'd rather not deal with him xD he's got no real distinct personality of his own & there's no obvious motivation for him, unlike Ash or Blisk. Yo, I actually quite like the idea of Horizon's son building Path! After the temporal anomaly incident on Horizon's branch of Olympus, he could've happily moved planets :) the lack of memory is a good point against that though! I'd wager easily that Branthium is linked to the Fold Weapon or the Ark, given they both manipulate gravity to affect spacetime! Seems to me Ash retrieved the Branthium for an early experiment to make an artificial version of the Ark, which led to the temporal anomaly at Horizon's home! Awesome work sir :) keep at it!
Branthium might have something to do with the ark but I don't think we can prove it at this point. The IMC didn't build the fold weapon or the ark. They found it on Typhon and restored it so they could use it to destroy the militia but we also don't know when or who built the fold weapon

Not to say the IMC built the Ark, but they did use the Ark to build the Fold Weapon no? & my point was that the Branthium retrieved by Ash was used in an attempt to make an *artificial* Ark, which evidently failed - so not the already built/natural one seen in TF2 :)
@@soggybaguetteboi2060 Oh I just meant the son moved, likely even before making Pathfinder, if that is the case. :) The end of Promise shows that basically noone lives on that area of Olympus anymore due to the temporal anomaly - and as far as the son would've known, his mother died. That's what everyone would've been told, and could even push the son to move away from the place he remembers his mother for, as it could make him feel terrible just being there. You could mayyybe be on to something with Path disappearing following the son's eventual death, but you'd think he'd remember that. Path seems to not know his creator more because he wasn't active before waking up, rather than any kind of memory loss, or at least that's how I would take it! Also, the son seems to die at an old age (if we take the photo scene to be truly representative of what happened) which may even cross over when Path woke up! i think its viper because if you go to the apex legends website there is an art thing that when you scroll down and look closely you see vipers titan. go to the apexlegends.com homepage, then scroll underneath the latest news you see "rampart: quick witted modder" art and to her right is vipers titan and to her left is blisk in the shadows. it appears to be in her work shop. this is why i belive the voice to be viper. i noticed it earlier today and thought it was strange but it now makes sense with all the viper theories coming out. the fact that vipers titan is in ramparts workshop makes sense that viper has something to do with ash and the apex games, unless he is dead.
If the guy talking to (most likely) Ash isn't Viper, then I think that a dark storyline that could be gone for is that Ash decided to raise Horizons son, who eventually became the infamous mercenary Viper.
I don't personally think that the girl with red hair in the trailer was alive ash but already a simulacrom and that viper doesn't connect at all and probably orizon isn't pathfinder creator and patfinder himself is the M. R. V. N. from the titanfall 2 multiplayer that has been modified by multiple engeniers to fight arenas like gibraltar and rampart did and by gradually getting modified he lost his memory and he doesn't actually have a single creator if not an IMC factory

I think i saw a loadingscreen lorepiece yesterday, that said Olympus scientists did build the phase runner tunnel in an attempt to use Wraith's portal technology on a larger scale and it collapsed during testing. Wraith's abilities are based on multidimensional travel, Rick&Morty style, with multiple Wraiths living in multiple universes, as seen in her outlands trailer. The fold weapon in titanfall 2 was only designed to fold time. Time in itself is a dimension, do it still may be based on the same technology though...
Viper was a very wealthy merc, which is why he was able to get such an impressive modded northstar. Although becoming a simulacrum is expensive, the odds are high that he would have been able to afford it
I have a theory: In the cinematic they show a olympus and regular time, I haven't checked but it might be early in that time so that might explain why ash says " a wee bit of betrayal before breakfast". Is ash that woman that horizon was in space with?
So, Path's creator never being found could be due to his creator being in a different dimension? Left somewhere in space without any means to finding his creator? His name alone makes me feel like he was built to find something or someone (anything in general). It also makes sense that Horizon's son could of created him to find her but due to the time difference of Olympus and "local time" which was huge, her son died first. So maybe Horizon started building Path but then left to go do what she was doing with "Ash" but then was betrayed. Horizon's son eventually growing up finished building Path with the purpose of finding her.
Something I was thinking about recently is that if revenant was already killing for 200 years when Horizons sons born. What if Horizons son is wattsons father. In season 2 we do see that he is pretty old 🧓 and. It makes sence because Horizon is a sciencetist and so is wattson. What do you guys think? 🤔
Wanted to point out that regeneration is just a fancy word for having a simulacrums mind be reuploaded to a new body. Such as when Ash was rebuilt or regenerated by Vinson Dynamics, but she had lost a bit of her memory in the process.
I have a theory myself. In rhe season 6 launch trailer everything around the rocket (olympus) went backwards in time and maybe so horizon will do cause we already know thr time glove from tf2

I don’t think the IMC was involved with the Branthium thing, because the contract between the Apex predators and the IMC didn’t exist yet. Remember that Ash and Viper are mercenaries; Blisk made it clear at the end of the campaign that he only does what he gets paid to do.
@@James-sk3nm it will be helpful for pushing a team from jumping off a building and not getting stunned for like 1.5 seconds which will help a lot, even then, it’s a PASSIVE it’s not supposed to be that good
So Pathfinder has been trying to find his “creator” this whole time. But in season 6 we see he starts showing human emotion and such with the coming and going of Ashe (who told him he doesn’t need to find his creator on her way out), which is strange for a robot. Then we get introduced to Horizon, who is looking for her son because she was stranded in space by Ashe. Could this all be connected? What if Path is Horizon’s son as a simulacrum. I’m just thinking of how cute the interactions would be ☺️
@@marranin007 a simulacrum is a human mind put in a robot right? I’m sure that if Horizon is smart enough to figure out how to stop an energy crisis some of that knowledge can drip down to her son and he can make himself a boujee sim because he was dying or something. But he could have did it wrong and ended up as pathfinder with the memory loss and all, only knowing to look for his creator aka his mom. Idk this all played out in my head.
One thing I would like to add to the theory at the very end about the super weapon from Titanfall. We know from the quest at season 5 they have rebuild Ashe for Hammond robotics. We also know that since Ashe was an Apex predator and work for the IMC she must have hold some information about the super weapon. Well let just say to prove this theory more correct; they are trying to gain information on how to rebuild this weapon.
I also believe the red headed woman is Ash (90% sure) but there is a slight chance it’s someone else. In Rampart’s story trailer she asked “where’s big sister?” and a woman showed up with long red hair. She has a mask with one of her eyes seeming robotic or something else. Just throwing another theory out there that’s all
About the fold weapon theory: in the campaign when you find the fold weapon it is said that weapon didn’t look like imc technology. Now I’m not completely ruling out the theory but it does complicate things.
Viper has some voice lines in tf2, where you can hear his breathing. his doing that to control the G force of his northstar. So i dont think viper is a a simulacrum. this doesn't entirely disprove it though. Revenant coughs at nox gas. Or it might have just been the voice actor breathing in and respawn not editing it out because they didn't expect them to notice.
Actually, I’m pretty sure that respawning in Apex Legends is just a more advanced version of regeneration from Titanfall 2. Wattson has a voice line where she actually says, “We can regenerate our teammate!” and I can’t think of any other answer to how respawning would work. If anyone has feedback on this theory, feel free to let me know.
I think that crystal that Horizon got was used to make the ark in titanfall 2 which is why the human ash betrayed Horizon in the cinematic and is why Viper wanted it as well
I noticed the way horizon holds her drone in the trailer I feel like it might have something to do with her son and the shards inside of it, like she holds it so dearly like you would with your child. It might hold the key for getting back to her son.
At the end of this seasons quest we see ashes head get thrown into something that looks like the ark and in the background of the video that plays when horizon talks to you in the firing range it looks like the ark is behind her
I don’t quite remember but the flying tea cup speaks about Regeneration in TitanFall and I’m pretty certain that when a pilot regenerates their new body is a simulacrum
regenerate is'nt just some multiplayer lore tie in. every time you die, you slowly get replaced. like octane, he lost his legs without dying, it would be the same if he did. the pilots you pick from in titanfall 2 are different levels of regeneration. phase and stim being later regens, almost robots. while grapple is like regen 1-2, saying because i've herd that pilot has arm replacements/enhancements .
I did the math and it seems Jack Cooper would be 46 at the current time in Apex. Caustic is 48, so there is a possibility that Cooper could come to the games
Before “living” 288 as a simulacrum I remember from other lore vids that they also had to test Revenant and that took almost 200 years before he was fully functional. I might be wrong, but it is still impossible for him to be Horizon’s son.
@@WyattT-sl2cp it was found as a possible passive in the files and it would prevent the stun from falling and give her some sort of boost, it would work well with her ability
8:38 THEORY - Horizon’s race is the same race that made the Fold Weapon. Think about it. The Ark, its power source, may be branthium processed to turn into a ball of pure energy, and the time and space nonsense explains the Effect and Cause mission. Also, the lab we see in Effect and Cause does have some similarities, which could be another sign that the IMC and Horizon’s race were working on the same thing. Wraith’s experiments of time and space may also tie into this, as the IMC originally found the Ark on Typhon. If Horizon and their followers sent away the branthium because it was so powerful, it would make sense to send it into space to keep Psathme safe. This might also explain why Pathfinder’s memory was erased - the people who created him no longer existed. Maybe that was at least an influence for Horizon’s son’s death, which the Pathfinder protecting the son theory also ties into. If his pupil was now dead or moved away, his memory may have been completely removed by his creator to erase all trace of her civilization, out of fear of the IMC discovering their weapon. Ash’s betrayal and Viper’s involvement may be hinting at how the IMC first learned of their civilization’s existence, but never got to see it because the branthium was sent away. That explains why despite contacting Ash and asking her to betray Horizon, they still were unsure of how their civilization functioned, yet understood so well how to construct the Fold Weapon. Vinson Dynamics (which I think is owned by the IMC) brought Ash back to at least preserve her or gain more information about the technologies her civilization discovered. After that, Blisk turned her into an Apex Predator so she could buy technology to experiment with, which explains her obsession in the mission where Jack Cooper has to navigate through a factory (via a cargo lift because BT got stuck on a replicator arm.) Viper, if he was the one contacting Ash, lived longer because the IMC had developed technology to increase the human lifespan. It’s possible that Ash’s race just didn’t develop equivalent technology, either through separate interests or not thinking it to be morally right. It might also be why their technology seems worse than the IMC/their race, who had already developed spaceships and simulacrums centuries prior. Ash not being part of the IMC’s race may also explain why she shows zero signs of being a Pilot, as her race did not have Titans and jet packs. The eye color of Ash and Horizon is a bright blue, which is a bit different from normal humans, so there is also some clear physical signs that Horizon and Ash are genetically different from the IMC. Now this explains why the Syndicate rebuilt Ash, to squeeze her of all information about the branthium and it’s power, and then removed her memory so no one else could gain the knowledge. Overall, I think this theory makes a lot of sense. What do you think?
The Flying Tea Cup, another Titanfall lore channel, described this alternate race as “Arktanians.” He used many warning signs written in an alien language all over Titanfall 2’s multiplayer maps as proof of their existence. It has a picture of Titans with cross-circles over them, which basically means “NO TITANS.” This is more proof that Horizon’s race didn’t want the IMC to discover it, yet Ash betrayed everyone. Maybe that’s why she died, possibly killed by other Arktanians or Horizon’s son as revenge for revealing the civilization’s existence and killing Horizon. At some point later down the line, the IMC found the city, maybe destroyed it or murdered everyone, and then industrialized it and sent it flying in the sky. This is another body of proof for the theory.
I do hope that they will do a story from the outlands or something with revenant one day. Kind of going more in depth on what he was like before he became a simulacrum would be very interesting

By the way if you make a legend who has a pilot’s movements alone it’s broken, bunnyhop speed-boost makes you go insanely quickly, even with a gun in hand. Don’t need a ultimate or passive.
Ok so I have a theory that the guy who contacted ash on the ship must have been the director for the ARES division, General Marder, from titanfall 2. If you look at him, he looks to he about 80 years old. Now the problem would be how he got in power at an early age, well maybe he stayed a coup to the previous leaders in order to gain control of the ARES division. Sure the voice lines you usually hear are a bit higher pitch but there are moments where his voice grovel o the lower pitch like in the cinematic. Plus his involvements in the war and him experimenting with the fold weapon makes him a prime candidate in my opinion. Also the DIRECT connection with project wraith is also a hint to this division and his general.
I don't think the other woman is ash. Ash was an execptional pilot, hence why she was turned into a simulacrum after her death. She wasn't some space assistant. It might be the case that she became a pilot because she returned from het mission savely but i highly doubt they'll ruin a fan-favorite character like that
The only slight flaw i see in the Ash theory is that Im pretty sure she was a Ace pilot which is why when she died they turned her in to a bot , however although she appears to be some kind of scientist in the trailer she could have just been the pilot of the shuttlecraft or something
One thing i want to point out is in the season 6 outlands story is there is a lady with red hair and some sort of gold mask and red hair and its definetly not ash because ash was a robot at that time but there is one other character with red hair is no other than Cryptos kidnapped girlfriend but its just a theory remember
The girl who betrayed horizon aka ash could have taken care of horizons son after she betrayed her because at the end of the season 5 quest one of the things she said was “every kid likes Ice cream” that could have been a memory of ash talking to horizons son

Something that could potentially happen story wise is that Ash raises Horizons son and he eventually becomes Viper.
And going even darker, they could make H's son think of Ash as a mother and when she died/became a sim, he could maybe have volunteered to become a sim as well so that he could stay with her.
But from the picture she had with him he seemed to have a family and die of old age. Or that is just what she imagined?

I can imagine loosing your mother at 5 would be really disheartening to the point where nothing cheerful could work and thus Reid is getting frustrated having to look after him.
Which would then Lead to the creation of pathfinder by Dr. Reid to keep the child busy.
Also, the elements are there for the son to be revenant. Having a step mother who doesn’t really care for you makes you a very bitter person... combine that with the fact that now we know where revenant killed loba’s parents is Olympus and revenant’s human form is blond with blue eyes, just like the boy seen in the promise short..

I'm pretty confident it's only Revenant who experiences the cumulative memory degradation due to his specific circumstances - he's the only simulacra whose source code is hosted externally, as far as Caustic seems to imply. Although, the simulacrum transfer process (or the programming that supposedly convinces them they are still human) may have a similar effect!

Yo, I actually quite like the idea of Horizon's son building Path! After the temporal anomaly incident on Horizon's branch of Olympus, he could've happily moved planets :) the lack of memory is a good point against that though!
I'd wager easily that Branthium is linked to the Fold Weapon or the Ark, given they both manipulate gravity to affect spacetime! Seems to me Ash retrieved the Branthium for an early experiment to make an artificial version of the Ark, which led to the temporal anomaly at Horizon's home!

Branthium might have something to do with the ark but I don't think we can prove it at this point. The IMC didn't build the fold weapon or the ark. They found it on Typhon and restored it so they could use it to destroy the militia but we also don't know when or who built the fold weapon

The end of Promise shows that basically noone lives on that area of Olympus anymore due to the temporal anomaly - and as far as the son would've known, his mother died. That's what everyone would've been told, and could even push the son to move away from the place he remembers his mother for, as it could make him feel terrible just being there.
You could mayyybe be on to something with Path disappearing following the son's eventual death, but you'd think he'd remember that. Path seems to not know his creator more because he wasn't active before waking up, rather than any kind of memory loss, or at least that's how I would take it!
Also, the son seems to die at an old age (if we take the photo scene to be truly representative of what happened) which may even cross over when Path woke up!

i think its viper because if you go to the apex legends website there is an art thing that when you scroll down and look closely you see vipers titan. go to the apexlegends.com homepage, then scroll underneath the latest news you see "rampart: quick witted modder" art and to her right is vipers titan and to her left is blisk in the shadows. it appears to be in her work shop. this is why i belive the voice to be viper. i noticed it earlier today and thought it was strange but it now makes sense with all the viper theories coming out. the fact that vipers titan is in ramparts workshop makes sense that viper has something to do with ash and the apex games, unless he is dead.

I think i saw a loadingscreen lorepiece yesterday, that said Olympus scientists did build the phase runner tunnel in an attempt to use Wraith's portal technology on a larger scale and it collapsed during testing. Wraith's abilities are based on multidimensional travel, Rick&Morty style, with multiple Wraiths living in multiple universes, as seen in her outlands trailer. The fold weapon in titanfall 2 was only designed to fold time.

So, Path's creator never being found could be due to his creator being in a different dimension? Left somewhere in space without any means to finding his creator? His name alone makes me feel like he was built to find something or someone (anything in general). It also makes sense that Horizon's son could of created him to find her but due to the time difference of Olympus and "local time" which was huge, her son died first. So maybe Horizon started building Path but then left to go do what she was doing with "Ash" but then was betrayed. Horizon's son eventually growing up finished building Path with the purpose of finding her.

Wanted to point out that regeneration is just a fancy word for having a simulacrums mind be reuploaded to a new body. Such as when Ash was rebuilt or regenerated by Vinson Dynamics, but she had lost a bit of her memory in the process.

Remember that Ash and Viper are mercenaries; Blisk made it clear at the end of the campaign that he only does what he gets paid to do.

So Pathfinder has been trying to find his “creator” this whole time. But in season 6 we see he starts showing human emotion and such with the coming and going of Ashe (who told him he doesn’t need to find his creator on her way out), which is strange for a robot. Then we get introduced to Horizon, who is looking for her son because she was stranded in space by Ashe. Could this all be connected? What if Path is Horizon’s son as a simulacrum. I’m just thinking of how cute the interactions would be ☺️

One thing I would like to add to the theory at the very end about the super weapon from Titanfall. We know from the quest at season 5 they have rebuild Ashe for Hammond robotics. We also know that since Ashe was an Apex predator and work for the IMC she must have hold some information about the super weapon. Well let just say to prove this theory more correct; they are trying to gain information on how to rebuild this weapon.

About the fold weapon theory: in the campaign when you find the fold weapon it is said that weapon didn’t look like imc technology. Now I’m not completely ruling out the theory but it does complicate things.
Viper has some voice lines in tf2, where you can hear his breathing. his doing that to control the G force of his northstar. So i dont think viper is a a simulacrum.

I think simulacrums are perfectly capable of making breathing sounds as Revenant clearly does in some voice lines.
oh now that i think about it, simulacrums tends to act like humans to not drive insane, like exos in destiny.
this doesn't entirely disprove it though. Revenant coughs at nox gas. Or it might have just been the voice actor breathing in and respawn not editing it out because they didn't expect them to notice.
Actually, I’m pretty sure that respawning in Apex Legends is just a more advanced version of regeneration from Titanfall 2. Wattson has a voice line where she actually says, “We can regenerate our teammate!” and I can’t think of any other answer to how respawning would work. If anyone has feedback on this theory, feel free to let me know.

regenerate is'nt just some multiplayer lore tie in. every time you die, you slowly get replaced. like octane, he lost his legs without dying, it would be the same if he did. the pilots you pick from in titanfall 2 are different levels of regeneration. phase and stim being later regens, almost robots. while grapple is like regen 1-2, saying because i've herd that pilot has arm replacements/enhancements .

Can’t be revenant. Revenant is 288 years old, but this boy was very young only 87 years ago. I do think that the lady could be Ashe though.
Before “living” 288 as a simulacrum I remember from other lore vids that they also had to test Revenant and that took almost 200 years before he was fully functional. I might be wrong, but it is still impossible for him to be Horizon’s son.
Also, her son has children and died of old age, not something that would to a hitman.

THEORY - Horizon’s race is the same race that made the Fold Weapon. Think about it. The Ark, its power source, may be branthium processed to turn into a ball of pure energy, and the time and space nonsense explains the Effect and Cause mission. Also, the lab we see in Effect and Cause does have some similarities, which could be another sign that the IMC and Horizon’s race were working on the same thing. Wraith’s experiments of time and space may also tie into this, as the IMC originally found the Ark on Typhon. If Horizon and their followers sent away the branthium because it was so powerful, it would make sense to send it into space to keep Psathme safe. This might also explain why Pathfinder’s memory was erased - the people who created him no longer existed. Maybe that was at least an influence for Horizon’s son’s death, which the Pathfinder protecting the son theory also ties into. If his pupil was now dead or moved away, his memory may have been completely removed by his creator to erase all trace of her civilization, out of fear of the IMC discovering their weapon. Ash’s betrayal and Viper’s involvement may be hinting at how the IMC first learned of their civilization’s existence, but never got to see it because the branthium was sent away. That explains why despite contacting Ash and asking her to betray Horizon, they still were unsure of how their civilization functioned, yet understood so well how to construct the Fold Weapon. Vinson Dynamics (which I think is owned by the IMC) brought Ash back to at least preserve her or gain more information about the technologies her civilization discovered. After that, Blisk turned her into an Apex Predator so she could buy technology to experiment with, which explains her obsession in the mission where Jack Cooper has to navigate through a factory (via a cargo lift because BT got stuck on a replicator arm.) Viper, if he was the one contacting Ash, lived longer because the IMC had developed technology to increase the human lifespan. It’s possible that Ash’s race just didn’t develop equivalent technology, either through separate interests or not thinking it to be morally right. It might also be why their technology seems worse than the IMC/their race, who had already developed spaceships and simulacrums centuries prior. Ash not being part of the IMC’s race may also explain why she shows zero signs of being a Pilot, as her race did not have Titans and jet packs. The eye color of Ash and Horizon is a bright blue, which is a bit different from normal humans, so there is also some clear physical signs that Horizon and Ash are genetically different from the IMC. Now this explains why the Syndicate rebuilt Ash, to squeeze her of all information about the branthium and it’s power, and then removed her memory so no one else could gain the knowledge. Overall, I think this theory makes a lot of sense. What do you think?
The Flying Tea Cup, another Titanfall lore channel, described this alternate race as “Arktanians.” He used many warning signs written in an alien language all over Titanfall 2’s multiplayer maps as proof of their existence. It has a picture of Titans with cross-circles over them, which basically means “NO TITANS.” This is more proof that Horizon’s race didn’t want the IMC to discover it, yet Ash betrayed everyone. Maybe that’s why she died, possibly killed by other Arktanians or Horizon’s son as revenge for revealing the civilization’s existence and killing Horizon. At some point later down the line, the IMC found the city, maybe destroyed it or murdered everyone, and then industrialized it and sent it flying in the sky. This is another body of proof for the theory.

Ok so I have a theory that the guy who contacted ash on the ship must have been the director for the ARES division, General Marder, from titanfall 2. If you look at him, he looks to he about 80 years old. Now the problem would be how he got in power at an early age, well maybe he stayed a coup to the previous leaders in order to gain control of the ARES division. Sure the voice lines you usually hear are a bit higher pitch but there are moments where his voice grovel o the lower pitch like in the cinematic. Plus his involvements in the war and him experimenting with the fold weapon makes him a prime candidate in my opinion. Also the DIRECT connection with project wraith is also a hint to this division and his general.
I don't think the other woman is ash. Ash was an execptional pilot, hence why she was turned into a simulacrum after her death. She wasn't some space assistant. It might be the case that she became a pilot because she returned from het mission savely but i highly doubt they'll ruin a fan-favorite character like that
The only slight flaw i see in the Ash theory is that Im pretty sure she was a Ace pilot which is why when she died they turned her in to a bot , however although she appears to be some kind of scientist in the trailer she could have just been the pilot of the shuttlecraft or something
