Thanks guys. Great video with some good advice. I’m in UK with 20 members rather than 200 so def a small church, But undergoing an effort to restart and reconnect with our community. Love the reminder not to compare with other churches, and also investing in ourselves as Pastors plus our leaders who we are blessed to serve alongside us. How true sadly about how easy to get comfortable with the way things have been rather than how things could be.
