It is awesome & John did not like his voice. He told George Martin if he could put ketchup on to make it sound better. John was totally wrong. He was perfect for Paul & George's voices. They had a perfect match.

The genius of the Beatles is that they didn't seek to make the recordings 'perfect'. There was no need, because the songs themselves were perfect. So, they could sing them with personality, flair and the odd mistake.

yeah. We humans aren't perfect by nature, so perfectly timed and tuned music has some robotic quality to it that I personally find off-putting.

I'm having trouble picking out George in the harmonies. I think that John is low and Paul is the highs. Just shows how well their vocals blended.

George is in the middle and in three part harmony, his is probably the most difficult part.
@@shelleywantiez7964 It took me about half an hour to get his vocals, it's quite easy if you keep repeating it over and over. You'll get it.
1:29 in the original when they say pain. I.can hear him very well but I here i can't. He probably used some sort of daw to take out sounds and he got lost in it
George was always the secret weapon. In 2021 as I’m writing this I was just seeing the get back documentary two or three times. I’m astounded at how much I thought I knew you was actually very very wrong. George and John had very similar voices. I don’t know for sure but I think it’s because they came from more working class families than Paul did. Sometimes it’s impossible to tell who’s singing George or John.
Amazing that they all came from the same city, met and formed an amazing band with perfect harmony.

Amazing that only a few years earlier they were making those rather terrible home recordings ( those may 1960 ones). These guys worked bloody hard to be this good. Excellent.

Their voices are pure magic. I feel so blessed to have lived during their era. I believe the the good Lord above knew exactly what he was doing to have these 4 lads come together & make our world a happier place with their phenomenal talent.
Sadly the devil wanted part of this too and planted William Campbell inside the band and took Paul's life
