That gasket is for behind the black spacer not between the carb and spacer. The o ring is what seals that witch is why you didn’t have a gasket to begin with
So I've started to replace my carb on my old toro timemaster. I took the air cover off and noticed that front spring you mentioned that doesn't come with the carb kit looks like it's at the end of its rope. I can't find it in the diagram! Do you know what the part # is?
torq specs - Carb to cylinder head 85lb in (10Nm) air cleaner base to carb 45 lb in (5Nm)
