Dont buy pvc at all....instead go to the nearest gym market and buy rubber plate(not metal and rubber)if u r in delhi there is a gym market in Mehrauli badar pur road lal kuan ......... I got 52 kg weights at 800 after negotiation and rubber plates are way better than pvc and best for beginners with low budget
