Hey man, thanks for the review. Can you suggest me that I should go for 30 KG or 50 KG one? To be honest, am really beginner and too weak as well. I can’t even do bunch press with 5 KG dumbbells after 1 set 🥲 I was going to gym but am introvert and get social anxiety when am surrounding with unknown people, felt overwhelmed so I’m thinking to do workout at home only so I can do in my own peace and feel like I can do better hopefully 🥹
