Querétaro is much more interesting than the usual tourist in Mexico realizes. I travel from CDMX to San Luis Potosí by bus with a stopover in Querétaro. Birria there is as good as in Guadalajara.

@@intristang The estado is very diverse geographically. The city is culturally very rich. I have friends who teach in one of the universities; I believe there are three !

We stayed right by Plaza Puerta La Victoria, but I would recommend Centro as it's closer to the good restaurants. Juriquilla is another neighborhood north of the city that's nice. We actually just got back from Playa del Carmen! Hopefully some of my upcoming videos will be places you have been or will want to try!
It was a bit sweet, too. The fruit definitely helped and the coffee ice cream did sort of cut the sweetness. It was so good. Also honey instead of syrup helped as well

Shocked about the French Toast as I know you don’t really like sweets.
This French toast was on another level with the coffee ice cream and all the seeds / nuts and fruits!
