    Nice work! But don't use mixgrip if you have lifting straps. Lifting straps are there so you don't have to use mix grip. Still a strong lift, man.

    As a 60kg guy myself, how long did it take you to reach this weight?

      It took 8 to 9 months to reach their with lean genetics, whey protein and creatine monohydrate. Also the 140 kg weight is including the 20kg barbell.
      I am just trusting the process.
