My hair thinned so much in the last 3 years because of PCOS. I started using rosemary water about 2 months ago. I added mint leaves,ginger and laung too. And before applying I used a derma roller on my balding spots and I'm so happy that new hairs are growing around my scalp and the length is increasing too.

@@IrtikaAnjum I usually wash my hair every two days. It might feel a little dry on the second day but the ginger and mint helps I guess because they actually feel soft too. The dryness is really less compared to its benefits. And even my length increased after using this. And I couldn't be happier about the baby hairs growing. Believe me I went to the doctors to solve this hairfall problem but the only thing that worked for me was rosemary water. Just search up some different ways to make it

what she's saying is absolutely true. I also felt my hair extremely dry when used on lengths so I also did the same thing (water on scalp & coconut oil on lengths) so this thing made the lengths soft. it's been more than 1 month since I've been using this water I can't see any new growth till now, need to use it for atleast 3 months to notice some growth... just hoping it'll work

Apply it daily but don't wash your hair daily, wash them with gap. You washed your hair daily that's why your tips became dry .otherwise for dry tips we can also make a rosemary oil with coconut oil.

I’ve used rosemary oil and water both but water dried my hair as well and oil did wonders, i was having extreme hairfall due to some personal stress and after just a month when i compared to my one mkmth back pictures it was clear my scalp disappeared a lot and have a lot of baby hair come up now
Let me correct one thing here is u can not stop your hairfall 100% it's normal to lose up to 50-100 strands everyday because obv when your old hairs will fall then the new growth will increase and sometimes when u start taking care of your hairs your hairfall might not stop and u may not get results quicky it takes some time and losing 5 6 strands is totally fine cz sometimes dead and damage hairs also fall out so that some new healthy strands can take place
Wet hair and wet hair scalp is the enemy of the hair. Try to keep it as dry as you can. Try not to shampoo more than one or twice a week. Wash your brush before you use it because a clean brush will keep your hair clean so you wont have to wash them more often.

I have also use rosemary water. And i have seen the density in my hair, somehow length also increased, and my hair doesn't get dry not rough. And my hair fall also got less than usual. Although i do not make rosemary water muriyam's way!! Take two large cups of water and a table spoon of rosemary leaves. Boil it on medium flame for like 15 minutes. And then cool it and strain it. That's how I make rosemary water. Do not add extra water in it. Store it in fridge and you can use it for like 2 weeks.
U can also take 2 glass of water and put 2tbsp of rosemarry leaves and 1 tablespoon of maithi dana soak it in water over night now boil it in water of 5 m cover it for 30 m and drain it its ready u can use this water atleast 2 weeks

This is so true Shampooing the lengths does dry out the hair but in my case, Love Beauty and Planet Coconut Water Shampoo didn’t dry out the ends.

I’ve used rosemary oil and water both but water dried my hair as well and oil did wonders, i was having extreme hairfall due to some personal stress and after just a month when i compared to my one mkmth back pictures it was clear my scalp disappeared a lot and have a lot of baby hair come up now

Let me correct one thing here is u can not stop your hairfall 100% it's normal to lose up to 50-100 strands everyday because obv when your old hairs will fall then the new growth will increase and sometimes when u start taking care of your hairs your hairfall might not stop and u may not get results quicky it takes some time and losing 5 6 strands is totally fine cz sometimes dead and damage hairs also fall out so that some new healthy strands can take place
Wet hair and wet hair scalp is the enemy of the hair. Try to keep it as dry as you can. Try not to shampoo more than one or twice a week. Wash your brush before you use it because a clean brush will keep your hair clean so you wont have to wash them more often.
dryness is also an enemy of the hair and too much oil is also enemy of the hair.. baat ye hy k jin k hair dry hen scalp dry hy unhy once a week wash krna chahye .. or jink oily hen unhy bohat ziada oil mtlb oil mai hair. ko bheego k ni rkhna chahye or twice or thirce a week wash krna chahye
What i do k i wash my hair 4 times a week bcz i have oily hair i can't be like that so 2 times a week i use a normal Shampoo jo bhi ghar aa jae like sunsilk wagera or do din koi mild shampoo like bio amla/ Palmolive
Just a Suggestion rosemarry water and oil is only for scalp not for ends if you will apply on ends it will makes ur hairs dry and frizzy

About hairfall Rosemary , one thing u should know if u hv more hair fall that time it reduce, it won't work who don't have much hairfall.

I have also use rosemary water. And i have seen the density in my hair, somehow length also increased, and my hair doesn't get dry not rough. And my hair fall also got less than usual. Although i do not make rosemary water muriyam's way!! Take two large cups of water and a table spoon of rosemary leaves. Boil it on medium flame for like 15 minutes. And then cool it and strain it. That's how I make rosemary water. Do not add extra water in it. Store it in fridge and you can use it for like 2 weeks.
U can also take 2 glass of water and put 2tbsp of rosemarry leaves and 1 tablespoon of maithi dana soak it in water over night now boil it in water of 5 m cover it for 30 m and drain it its ready u can use this water atleast 2 weeks
