If you're parents are poor or don't want to give you money, and nobody wants to give you/loan you money, then you can't get into real estate until you make money yourself. The barrier of entry for real estate is a good amount of money. You can go to seminars, meetups, and open houses all you want, but if you don't have the financial means to buy, then it's pointless.
