- This takeoff features a rare TO/GA Thrust Takeoff from Dallas Fort Worth’s 13,000 foot runways! We used this max thrust due to reported low-level wind shear, an outside air temperature of 113°F, and a near max takeoff weight A320! Enjoy
Aircraft: N105UW
Departure: KDFW RWY 17R
Arrival: KTVC RWY 10
Seat: 4F (Main Cabin Extra)
Date: June 21, 2023
Callsign: AAL2446
Takeoff Thrust: TO/GA
Cruise Altitude: FL310, FL350

Great video!
Are you sure that was a flex takeoff and not TOGA? It sounded almost like there were two separate reductions at the thrust reduction altitude..
Hi, thank you so much!
You’re correct, thank you for pointing this out.
I flew on 2 American A320s within a small timeframe, and one was a FLEX and one used TOGA for takeoff. I had pre-wrote the descriptions for both flights, and this was the incorrect one, so I fixed it. The other one is a subscribers-only video by the way, I’m sorry if you couldn’t find it. The reason we used TO/GA was due to low-level wind shear and an outside air temperature of 113°F. The plane was also approaching max-takeoff weight. Thank you for watching!!!

Cool 😎
It is!
Another excellent video! Love the sound of the engine!🔥🔥🔥
I do to! Thanks for watching!
2:47 - can’t quite determine if there is an actual dog or the PTU lol
@@RMPANDA964 lol, reasonable suspicion
I heard the FOPP howl a little bit inside this aircraft.
1:52 😍
3:09 This almost sounds like an air conditioner after like 2 minutes.
That’s true! The sound gets more muffled as the aircraft gains altitude so I can see why you think that.
What type of engine are those
CFM56-5B4
Thank u 😊
@@LaredoAirlines no problem ;)
