I was hoping to get this one out before Christmas but ended up spending much more time than I anticipated with family and friends, it's been a really nice week and a bit catching up with people I haven't seen in a long time. The next video will be on Winter Chernarus, I'm in the final few stages of editing before i start doing the voiceovers and cinematics. It's looking to be a really good one so far and I can't wait to share it with you all!
This game creates experiences that no other game can. I’ve met people and played for 8 hour runs, surviving and thriving, feeling like we’re best friends. Then they’re just *gone*, never to be seen again.
I can’t stand playing DayZ myself, I’m too much into quick FPS games. However, Sour brings a whole new life to DayZ with his gameplay and editing technique. Best wishes!
Sour walking on the ledge and guiding poi, then turning back to see that he has fallen to his death... this felt so sad, i was eating a sandwich and i swear i stopped chewing lol. Something about connecting with someone that you might never meet or hear from again "thank god you did" and going through this journey together just to see him abruptly dies makes this hit more different than any other online game. also the sad music helped a lot! As always your work is art and how you befriend and help people in game is beautiful. keep it up sour! let us see more wholesome content.

Seriously. The mod is cool and the map design and stuff, but why would you build an entire storyline around the worst mechanic in the game, its movement lol I would have raged so hard just to have lost all that progress to a dumb jump.
As someone who's never gotten into survival games, your editing, the music, the commentary style, has made me want to play this. I'm rather intimidated in the amount of weapons and attachments.
what an epic adventure, thank sour for all years of epic content, they do need to fix the jump it's been misbehaving alot recently since they change it so you can drop ledges easier without being thrown forwards but that's when the jump in dayZ became unreliable, ofc you could of snagged on something.

Hi Sour this video has finally motivated me to visit deer isle for real. (I've started it once or twice but only played for a good hour.) Well this time I reached the temple after a good 10 hours and when I finally reached the platform where the hammer is. I ran into a bunch of heavy zombies of which I could only kill one (needed a whole AK mag to do it), I had to push back and ended up falling down the small gap in the last "bridge" to the temple. In all the videos I've seen so far (Paul's and yours) i never saw any zombies in the temple, only below in the forrest or did i miss something? I wish you and your family happy holidays and as always; thanks for your high quality content! cheers Stef
When I start a youtube video I cannot hear the first 0.2 seconds I would say, but for your intro I always go back to hearing the "Hey" cause man you give me goosebumps everytime I hear it.

Poi, if you read this, your fall was almost as tragic as Sours fall :-( .. both adventured cut wayyyyy too soon for the lamest reasons...i love how Sour always finds the motivation to keep pushing when most would give up but that is what makes his streams/vids so amazingly epic... adventured like these remind me of how sometimes you can get insanely immersed into a game as if it takes on a life of its own and the journey you two had definitely reminded me of that nostalgic feeling and kept HUGE SMILE on my face

As someone else has said, what an amazing map. Makes it feel like a completely different game with real depth. Gutted you didn’t make the end jump though. Those jumps where Pop died gave flashbacks to the “only up” game 😂
I loved the story but at 11:43 when you look back at Poi, I just laughed I don‘5t know why. It was very sad but I must laugh at the moment as you looked at his body. Please don‘t take it badly😂
That must be an old stream's vod because I remember this stream. It was Ramadan month in the world, i was having feast at 2 3 AM and I've started to watch you for the first time with this stream and it lasted around like 6 7 AM maybe more. You're one of the greatest variety DayZ steamer ever ❤❤❤
