Thanks for the video. I am currently building my own 250 and very much appreciate the detail you have in the videos. The water tube is an awesome idea.
@@pigironpatina985 yes this is true, it would take a lot of time and take away from important things. Do you still have bigger burger smasher and pyro available for sale, would like to purchase. Is it possible to see any of your builds, like I said iam interested in a future build but would like to see your smokers in person
Here is my number 936 648 5006 I currently have a few 6" patty daddies, and pyros on the shelf. The 6" weighs in at 5 lbs. Once moon dancer leaves tmrw, I have to build a 1000g you can swing by and check it out!
That is a sexy smoker my man. Almost bougie with all the extras...lol. You think of alot of little things to add on that I've never seen on other pits. Tie downs are genius...always needed but never available. The simple yet clever chain that ties the pull handle up...very clever. You're quite the craftsman sir. What's the lead time on getting a 250 built?
My 500s are really efficient. Let's say you've got a coalbed in each, running around 250, you've got about 2 tiny splits in the 250, and 3 in the 500, generally speaking. They don't use much more.

@@pigironpatina985 thanks I will give you the heads up to see when you are available. I have a theme for my Pitt that you are going to like.
What’s a rig like this go for? Also could you make 1 whole door for a 250 instead of 2? Or would that be to heavy?
Our 250s start at 7300.00 on pigironpatina.com, and all custom options are add-ons below. If we do one door, we absolutely need a counterweight.

Thank you! We are booked to 2026, and stopped taking orders for awhile. I will take orders again in March 2025
How many splits to run a 250 versus a 500 gallon over the course of an average brisket cook?
