The truth is this channel (or at least this video) is not agnostic but I'm not agnostic and even I had a hard time following up, basically because he went through the process and then canceled the last step and back up because he had something already existent and didn't want to mess his Tag Manager. Examples of the application were fairly vague. Viewers would benefit more from watching a real-life example (slowly explained) from beginning to end. The 12-to-79 dislike ratio should send a message that the structure of the videos can improve.
