Great video! Do you have any best practices on how to extract the data layer events when they are not shown in the "data layer" section o preview and debug mode? You have mentioned programming and IT support is required, but is there documentation on how to DIY?

It is not easy to follow your explanation step by step.
The truth is this channel (or at least this video) is not agnostic but I'm not agnostic and even I had a hard time following up, basically because he went through the process and then canceled the last step and back up because he had something already existent and didn't want to mess his Tag Manager. Examples of the application were fairly vague. Viewers would benefit more from watching a real-life example (slowly explained) from beginning to end. The 12-to-79 dislike ratio should send a message that the structure of the videos can improve.
