I think the idea of having “him” on sounds good for clicks but I think it may be a situation where at the end of it I think u will be saying, “I wish I hadn’t done that.” To the trained eye, it’s obvious what he did. However, his attorneys know and I’m pretty sure he knew when he did it, that u couldn’t prove what he was doing beyond circumstantial. Because of that fact, this is a guy who tried to sue everyone with a YT channel to scam even more money. I don’t think it’s worth the risk of giving him an audience when he’s ready to sue for defamation whenever u say how bad what he did is. Just can’t see anything getting accomplished from a convo with him.
I must chime in here with something more relevant than my usual tagline....I really enjoy this pod Nick. You have done an Amazing Job on it + your commitment to great material really shows. Veronica is def. a valuable addition to this show as she is the optimal co-host to balance you out. HCL has truly become the #1 Poker Stream online...Period. Having said that, you should seriously reconsider this prospect of having V. interview Mike. At it's core, everyone knows this idea came to mind to put on what could be The Most Watched Poker Pod to date coming by way of 5 figure views, no doubt. What you should really be thinking right now is how is this going to affect V. as your co-host + your friend (I assume she truly is). Would I tune in...yes....would most of your audience ? Absolutely. I do believe, however that the interview will not end well, in fact there is no 'ending well' here as we can all see how uncomfortable V. is with this idea. 80 / 20 doesn't mean she is partially fine with it. It is her way off telling her boss that she is entertaining the idea, however she knows that it will only turn into a mental / psychological trainwreck. V. doesn't deserve that. Yeah, I was never a fan of Garett, but enjoyed his play. I was watching the live when the J4 (The Robbie) hand was played. Robbie said it herself, I played you! Garett was bluffing a lot as he is oft to do, and Robbie simply made an educated, albeit, a bad call. The only thing Garett could do to regain some popularity among us who believe the whole J4 hand was a farce would be to admit he went overboard, and give her the money back! Great show guys!👍😎✌🗽

#NitNittucci should use his podcast as the medium, be the moderator and let someone who knows the hands and has gone over them like Doug and Joey to to do the interview.

From what I understand, Veronica did NOT get a settlement from the defamation lawsuit. The $27k was awarded for atty fees and she shared previously that Bill Perkins sent her 6 figures to pay for her atty fees and that’s on top of the 50k or so that the poker community donated to her for legal defense.
So yes Mike should pay her the $27k but only if she didn’t get her atty fees paid by Bill Perkins and if she returned the money the poker community donated to her legal defense.

The accused should have an opportunity to plead his case or defend himself. It can’t be this way where one side can accuse someone, plead their case, come to a conclusion without allowing the other party an opportunity to speak (guilty or not). Let both sides speak and the court of public opinion decide AFTER haven heard BOTH sides
I'm the exact same age as Nick, and I used to have that exact same thing where your constantly clearing your throat, my friends used to always roast me to death 😂. I lasted a few years and it just suddenly disappeared around when I turned 54-55. But every time I watched HCL, I would always notice it, and I always thought 'that used to be me'.
If i were Veronica i would be very careful about meeting mike postle in person. You ruined his life and he might try to get revenge before he exits the world. In the Twitter spaces with eden he sounded really depressed and out of it.
