I like that Makse Life is working on ways to make their system work well with the planners people already use and love. Last year I followed their system via the free printables for a few months and really appreciated it but then fell off the wagon. I think I'll try again this year.
Ok, are you in my brain?!? I have been trying to decide on makse and powersheets, and i wanted to implement them into my planner!! This came just in time, as usual!!
I LOVE….the thought….of goal setting….BUTTTT, considering that for years now I have been working on--developing a bedtime, developing an after school routine that makes sense, meal prepping so that life can be “easier”…I find it so hard to just dive into deep seeded goals for myself bc I am trying to nail the basics, if you well. One day. Love these products though!
It can be tough to dive into big goals when you're still working on the basics - keep up the great work! One thing I liked about this system and that folks use it for very basic goals and routines not just big things or major goals. Made it seem more achievable to use for me.
@@JustScribble I was using a 3-month undated Hubman and Chubgirl TRP planner at the beginning of the year and then bought an undated A5 Papertess Design and I love having the full year since I refer back and I also plan forward throughout the year. Your goal pages synchronize so well with Makse, and your layout is perfect for my needs. However, I promised to finish the Papertess before purchasing, which will be spring 2025. I have to be patient. Hmm. Maybe an undated will be in the future for Plans by Just Scribbles. I thank you for all the reviews of so many great planners.
If there is one area I kinda avoid in the planning world it is goals? 🤔 I am not sure why that might be, I know I need goals but with my Type A personality I gotta be careful with them? One year I thought my daughter and I were doing the Goodreads reading challenge for the year so I set my books read goal at 100 for that year. In my mind that was like a “gotta get this done” situation and I read straight through until April of that year and hit my goal of 100. I was so burned out of reading that I didn’t pick up a book again until the next January. And I haven’t set a reading goal since. 😂 I have been thinking about goals but I know I gotta be loose about it, no definite numbers. I think I have a weird brain? 😂 Thanks for sharing! 💕
I completely understand. As a perfectionist and Type A I have to be careful about goals. Though I have a lot in my head and things I aim towards I miss others I need to focus on. Hoping this will help make me more well rounded in my goals and also ensure I’m balancing my life. One thing that drew me to the Makselife is seeing people simplify their goals or focus on the small things and I need that!
Do you use your standard regularly? Have i missed you showing your setup? Im only in standard and A5 for next year to streamline my set up and need mors standard videos!
I wouldn’t say that I use it too regularly. I have shared it a few times - the different setups I used but not a lot. I need to get better about that. I’ll see if I can get a video of the setup up later this month for an idea.

Yes it’s so nice that they offer lots of different options and freebies and that it’s so customizable to work in your own system.

I use Makse and just tip in or glue in my pages from the companion books into my existing planner.
Awesome 👏🏻 what planner do you use?

I really enjoy that system and I’ll be using those 8 boxes for exactly that. That yearly goal booklet is nice. I may just have to grab that one 😅
Awesome 👏🏻
This is coming at a perfect time cause I’m considering Makse and need to make it work with my A6 Plans planner
Wonderful!!!
