Buu attacking the Grand Supreme Kai & the others also happened millions of years ago. I believe Moro getting sealed also happened millions of years ago as well. Both events occurred after the glinds left the demon world from my understanding.

Piccolo is a unique individual in that he was initially created from division, respawned, and yet was made more through absorption/fusion. Nail and Kami being prime examples. As I said earlier and elsewhere, Namekian physiology fascinates me. The species is able to divide themselves using arcane mystical means, and fuse into one being using similar means.
