REX MASAAI, along with other Revolution Matyrs, should be alive today. But thanks to Ruto, their lives were prematurely cut short by police bullets. They went about their patriotic duty of expressing the public anger from the most punitive tax regime being metted on the overburdened by citizens already experiencing the most severe cost of living, youth unemployment, and runaway corruption ever seen since independence in 1963. They were peacefully pleading with the regime not to introduce further hardships by enacting the Finance Bill of 2024. They were acting exactly as mandated by Kenya's Constitution and applicable law. Millions of youth are subjected to unemployment and consequent hopelessness. These vulnerable members of our society need all the support, but it is obvious that the Ruto regime is totally oblivious to its responsibility. The police are handsomely rewarded by people's taxes and are mandated by the very same laws to protect and facilitate peaceful demonstrations. However, this very regime is corrupted to the core. Ruto has never and will never express empathy or sympathy with anybody. He lied, bought, and used people to gain power. The lives of children and other citizens are obviously worthless if they don't contribute to his acquisition and maintenance of state power. I can not find the worst devil to make a comparison. Ruto took the oath to defend and protect the Constitution of Kenya. By behaving and acting to the contrary with disdain, impunity, and utter contempt for the people of Kenya, he must be removed and delivered directly to Kamiti maximum security prison to face full force of the law. He does merit the citizenship of this country. Sufficient cells must be reserved for immediate accommodation of all cronies and sycophants who voted for passage of the FB2024. The people's property must be returned, and ALL YOUTH given employment and development opportunities immediately. Education must be free as well as health care immediately. All qualified but jobless doctors, teachers, and other interns must be employed immediately. All elected offcials must serve only on a voluntary basis without salary except for a modest allowance to support them during tenure. Each meananchi will be given 2 acres of land for residential or agricultural purposes, based on an individual's needs, not greed. Gen Z must not be fooled into useless discussions with any member of the regime. Kenyans have only one task. Removal of Ruto.
