Ninja Blinding Powder. How I made a reproduction of a "sokutoki", a device used by warriors in feudal japan to project blinding powders to the eyes of opponents.
And remember, the most important part of using something like this on a person is telling them after the fact that they have been exposed to some highly toxic poison, (even if it was just wheat flour). Because they have no way of knowing if its true or not, and they would probably assume whatever it was is bad. They would then become distracted by thoughts of worry and what to do next. And of course in that moment you the ninja are either escaping or in some way taking advantage of them in their state of confusion.
