      In no order: 1) VOO 2) QQQM 3) SCHG/VUG 4) VTI 5) SCHD/DGRO. Personally I put down 2.3m$ on few ETFs, still diversifying. it was this time last year I made my first million with a liquid 200k.handed it to a trader here in CA, I get weekly pay out which I put back on long term ETF's. Google will be a huge buy for me when the market bottoms.

      I'm interested in purchasing a Tesla Model Y, but I'm hesitant due to concerns about battery longevity. I've seen several online videos where the battery fails within a couple of years with only 20-30k miles on the car. I'm not sure if the new 4680 battery will perform better or not. Financing this car doesn't make sense to me, as it's mostly made of plastic and software. Leasing the vehicle seems like a good option, but I've heard of people being charged more than $5k+ when they return the car, which is concerning. I think if Tesla wants more adoption, they need to reduce prices even more by 25-40%, especially in their solar program. As of now, it is financially safer to stick with hybrids or gas cars.

    I am seriously doubtful about Tesla’s ability to safely launch autonomous vehicles using only cameras and no radar. Since driving my 2023 MY with FSD I have never had so many people honking at me and flipping the bird. Last night it tried to kill me 3 times in 30 miles, cutting off other vehicles changing lanes, starting to change lanes than cutting back rapidly then doing it again. Scared the crap out of me and everyone on the road near me. When the FSD free month ends I will go back to Enhanced Autopilot which leaves it to me when to change lanes. And I only use it on freeways. Will FSD get better? Sure. But there is a reason every other player is using radar and/or lidar.

      100% my experience. I went back to auto-steer already after 2.5 weeks of FSD V12. When FSD cut off a dump truck right before an intersection and then the light turned yellow and the FSD slammed on the brakes, and the dump truck had to swerve into another lane to avoid hitting me. Thats when I turned it off. Very serious and scary situation.

      I hear what you're saying. I've really enjoyed this free trial period and am very impressed with it since I've driven long stretches without any interventions, despite driving in lots of different situations.....BUT there were two occasions which were really freaky.....once it totally missed a stop sign at a busy street......wow......another time I was doing the 80 km/hr speed limit and saw up ahead a pretty sharp left bend with multiple signs warning drivers to slow to a max of 40 km/hr.....the car didn't notice any of the signs or how severe the bend was, so I took over......the car needs more cameras and definitely they gotta bring back sensors ......parking is an issue !

      This has been my experience and I have also gone back. I also hated that it was all or none, I wanted my cruise control available with a choice of FSD. The new stop light feature needs a lot of work because my car wants to stop at every light even when green..so that was turned off. The lane change option in autopilot freaks out when lane change happens with an off ramp on the other side. Thanks for the effort and I know eventually it will improve.

    • @volcalstone
      @volcalstone 11 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@arubial1229funny thing is that if you road trip and charge around .56kW it's basically like paying for gas so you're really not saving anything. The gas saving only account for home charging realistically. No one is going to wake up at 2am to go charge their car at a Super Charger at a lower rate. These road trip charging rates are getting out of hand. It shouldn't be more than .30kW right now period. Companies like EA are greedy cause they know they're the main company doing 350kW rn so they will charge an arm and leg for it. People got EVs to save money over gas and they were willing to sacrifice time for it. If they have to wait while paying the same as gas they will go back to getting an ICE car. That's just me at least.

    • @arubial1229
      @arubial1229 11 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@volcalstone it’s still way cheaper than gas. Who drives exclusively on road trips and ONLY uses Superchargers? An overwhelming amount of charging is done at home. There is simply no metric where having an ICE car is cheaper than having an EV, as far as fuel goes anyway. Driving an EV is always cheaper than driving ICE, especially when you factor in maintenance costs.

    • @dalejewell9916
      @dalejewell9916 11 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

So they use auctions to sell their cars that you trade in whatever the auction price is generally what they will offer you. Their prices are also very close to Carvana or Carmax so make sure to always verify with them as well before doing a trade because at least you have a guaranteed offer and you can sell your car or you know the general price will be better than doing (Tesla) estimates. Perhaps Tesla can't sell a 420 mi entry level vehicle for what it costs them to make it. Lots of billion dollar companies like Nissan and Toyota sell entry level vehicles near zero margin. Its called perceived value lockin. And then they recoup the profits from owner loyalty vehicle trade-in, and upgrade. Tesla M3P owners could care less about their vehicle's range and efficiency...

    i was initially disapointed by it "only" being 2.9s, but honestly at $53k, its already WAY best in class by a huge margin in almost ever metric, even in handling, not just acceleration and chasing higher and higher power eventually becomes a game where all we gain is a number on a spec sheet because 510hp and 0-60 in 2.9s is insanely, blisteringly fast. a camaro zl1 does 0-60 in 3.5s with 650hp, and a bmw m3 with the automatic does 0-60 in 3.3s.
    also, we must mention here that this 2.9s 0-60 is TRUE 0-60. most other tesla 0-60 figures are excluding rollout, but it doesnt look like that is the case with this car as Jason Camissa tested the 0-60 with a gps unit and it was bang on. it may actually do 0-60 around 2.7 with rollout subtracted which would mean this car actually accelerates almost as hard as the cyber beast, since that subtracts rollout. in its figure.

    I was going to buy the performance but the range is still below 300 and the performance isn’t much better. Plus still using the battery that can only be charged to 80% for longevity meaning it’s a 230 mile car. Plus no stalks. Don’t like that. If and when they address those things I will be looking at other ev’s. Just wish USA would allow Chinese vehicles here… soooo many more options like the Zekr

      I wonder how much range you get if you swap out the wheels for 18”

      LR comes with 18 inch 341 miles, when you select 19 inch wheel option it goes down to 305 miles. M3P comes with 20 inch wheels. Mount smaller diameter wheels to achieve more range.

    I would buy the Tesla Model 3 Performance today if there was a showroom/service department within 2 hours from my home. Also, there is only one Supercharger within an hour from my house. Tesla has to expand.
