Awww lovely! We have done this on our channel too! So far we are only up to 6 months though as she's only 6 1/2 months! So beautiful to watch them grow, Luna is a sweetly!

My family and I rescued 2 Siberian huskies, when we found them they were extremely skinny and their teeth were in poor condition:( so that day before going to work we took them to the vet and started taking care of them :) we’ve had them for about 2 months now and their teeth are looking better and they are looking in good shape.
This makes me excited to receive my own husky pup soon :O

My husky is is 7 months about last time we got her, and she's STILL looking tiny! She's not growing! Or maybe because I see her all the time I don't notice she's growing!

Likely never will be such a interesting and fantastic dog like husky! Other species are popular spokesperson, but the Huskies it's different, it's much better! We enjoy the whole breed entirely)), this has not been, and probably never will.

I miss my husky being that size when they were small. My husky is definitely a challenge. I got him during a period me and my wife were separated and I'm an over the road trucker and trying to have a husky over the road is challenging but once we're home he's everywhere as we don't get to do much on a lease over the road but he definitely enjoys being by my side. Good video by the way.
Jay Da Trucker I can relate. I work in emergency services answering 9-1-1 calls. It is really hard with long shifts. She has helped me through the hard times. When I'm sleeping between shifts she is right there by my side. Wouldn't change it for the world!

It does stop. We always had a toy on hand and shoved that into her mouth. It helped teach her what to chew...NOT US! 😂

it was a good few months. we kept shoving toys in her mouth to teach no biting. :) just keep teaching them what is okay to bite and chew. i wore the same set of pants for a few months because of the puppy chew holes. haha! Very sexy! ;)
Any advice on how to train them to go potty?
Treats and praise every time they go! Take them out every 45mins to an hour... and don't let them run around without watching them. We don't use pee pads because we didn't want our puppies learning to pee inside. Good luck! It gets easier. 😀

is it a good idea to take a husky as you're first dog ?
It really depends. Most people would say no but I believe if you do your research, know the breed, and really consider all the problems and issues that COULD happen... and you think that you can manage your life around that... Definitely!
Some facts that can make or break your decision:
Huskies are known for separation anxiety and that can be hard to train out completely. This might mean dog daycare while you are at work. Find out what the ones are in your area and do they have hours you can work with, how much are they and can you afford it? Don't assume that you can use a dog walker and leave your dog at home the rest of the time... this might not be an option depending on the dog's lvl of anxiety.
Do you live somewhere that has a good dog park? They like to run and most Huskies don't have the best recall to be off-leashed.
Do you like to run or walk? You can't roller blade or bike with them till about 1.5 to 2 years since they shouldn't be pulling until then.
Do you want a puppy? They can not be left alone for long periods of time and need to be let out fairly frequently depending on age.
Do you think you can spend the time and money on training and classes or researching to make sure you know what to do?
A lot of huskies are destroyers and need at least 2-4 hours a day of GOOD exercise. Lunatic gets 1hr in the morning, 2hrs in the evening (running at the park) or a full 10hr day at camp (mostly outside) where she goes non-stop. Most dogs are tired the next couple days after camp. Not Lunatic, she still has lots of energy after that.
If you think you can handle those situations and put in the 3-4 hours min a day, a husky could be for you. I suggest you watch Gone to the Snow Dogs older videos that explain what it is like to have a Husky and the costs that go into that.
**Also, maybe an older Husky might be better suited for you.

I really wanna know how were you able to potty train her!! Like I know it's probably no big deal but I mean my whole life I've had Labradors, and everytime a new puppy came into the house they were potty trainned like in two or three weeks, really we never struggled a lot, but for Valentine's day this year my aunt gave me a 2 month old husky female (she's 3 months old now almost 4) and OMG I know accidents happen, but she pees like every five minutes everywhere, and during the night (she sleeps in my dad's room) she pees like 4 times and poops like 2 times. I went to the vet, everything is okay with her but we just can't get her to understand the basics. She barely responds to her name. I thought it would be easier since we have 2 female labradors and you know maybe she can learn something from them lol idk I just need advices, if any of you here could help me I would appreciate it.
Pauulina A I have a 8 week old husky and yes they are a challenge to potty train. Well from what I've heard and on my experience yes!! Very true! My puppy pees like 10+ times and poops like more than 4 times but I've learned that once you feed them take them outside right away. After they eat they usually go poop or pee. And what helps is to teach them to eat at a certain time don't leave there food there for them to eat whenever because then he'll be eating and pooping. And they drink a lot of water so it takes time. But my puppy is learning to going pee on his pads so it's getting a little easier!
Same issue with my Husky. Never had this issue with any other dogs

It takes time. If you get a husky that has been around cats or is a puppy it should be fine. :) Best to give the cats their own area of the house and introduce them slowly. Start with smells and work your way up to greetings.

How long does the biting last??
It depends on the training. If you teach them that play biting is okay.... a lot longer. Most dogs will grow out of it by the time they are 8mths to a year. Lunatic was always biting when she was a puppy... I had pants with all kinds of little holes in them!
The CarChannel Yeah you should allow them to play bite, I heard it helps them so that when they bite they don't break the skin.
