Great. Nice to see you incorporating interviews, which I also suggested when you asked for audience interests. The overlays though could have been added as an introduction, which Artur could film and insert at the start, as to avoid splitting attention from what was being discussed. As someone else also stated, b-roll insertions of the architects' office and examples of his designs or buildings would reinforce the content. Still, great listening. Maybe link the videos of his properties in the description and annotations.
One of the most interesting architects at costa del sol which show what architecture can achieve, to be substainable and one with the landscaping around. ARK is one of the rare examples to build big houses which feel still like a home and not like a hotel or gallery. Love to see more ARK villas in the portfolio of Drumelia (with some nice videos😉)

Surprised to the cost for the houses being so low. Would have thought it would be more in the $5000 and up range.
