Sir, windows not starting (black screen), but monitor power is on
1. No startup beep sound
2. Cpu red light is on but not blinks (idle)
3. Tested without ram, no beep sound
4. Changed Cmos battery
5. Both fans runs
6. No signal in Mouse & keyboard
Kindly advice what would be the problem
