If you have plans on heading into Alaska, don't forget that as of Aug 1, the CDC requires visiting Canadian dogs to be microchipped, have a form filled-out (easy to do online just before you cross the border), AND have recent rabies shots signed by the CFIA in the last 30 days (not a regular vet, but the Canadian Food Inspection Agency). Unfortunately, as of today, the CFIA hasn't worked out this process yet - they're working on it, but it may not be ready for Aug 1. Anyway, thanks for bringing us along on your travels!
There is a great lookout in Dawson City. Enjoy Dawson City and be sure to do the Sourtoe Cocktail.
Again beautiful scenery on the drive, hopefully new life will eventually grow from the ashes of the wildfires, enjoy Dawson city 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
I love how scenic it is up here. I thought southern BC was nice, but this is amazing.

Unfortunately I’m not going to Alaska this year. Uma is microchipped and up to date on rabies, so it’s just paperwork after that, hopefully 🤞🏼
Are u going to drive the Alaska Hwy? I recommend it. Then u can drive down to Haines Alaska and take the ferry to Skagway. Drive to Carcross.
Another great episode. You must be exhausted after driving all those miles. Still no sign of a Moose in the wild?
@@DavidMartin369 nope, no moose yet 🫎
