I literally looked up this song because it was stuck in my head from remembering it from Spider-Man and said in my head while typing the title was “I really wish frank sinatra sang it”
Sinatra is, as Bob Dylan recently stated, "the mountain" of American pop music, the only one whose music will survive all that has followed--country, folk, r&b, r&r, latin, etc. Having collected all of his albums, I concur--the depth and breadth of his accomplishment as a recording artist, assembling large-scale orchestral and jazz ensembles on a regular basis--is simply unequaled---he, more than any other artist (Billie, Ella, Sarah), "created" the "Great American Songbook" through his immense influence. But strangely the artistry that put him on the map--first, as a challenger to the great Bing Crosby and then as the pre-eminent survivor--is ignored in favor of the 33rpm Capitol albums of the '50s with brilliant orchestrations by Nelson Riddle. But Sinatra learned phrasing and breathing from studying his first employer--Tommy Dorsey, 2nd only to Glenn Miller in popularity. Listening to Sinatra's breath-stream on this beautiful Berlin melody is evidence of an artist for all eras and ears. Start with Frank--then try Howard Keel or Johnny Hartman. Sinatra's 78rpm record showed them all the way.
They say that falling in love is wonderful It's wonderful, so they say And, with a moon up above, it's wonderful It's wonderful, so they tell me I can't recall who said it I know I never read it I only know they tell me that love is grand And The thing that's known as romance is wonderful, wonderful In every way, so they say To leave your house some morning And, without any warning You're stopping people, shouting that love is grand And To hold a girl in your arms is wonderful, wonderful In every way

My sister loved Frank. She’s been gone three years now. She’s dancing on the stars. ❤
When music was music, and entertainers could sing. ❤️
Masterpiece, goodbye Franky.

Its wonderful to listen Frank Sinatra to sing that love is grand so im gonna hold my girl in my arms because love is wonderful ...
They say that falling in love is wonderful
It's wonderful, so they say
And, with a moon up above, it's wonderful
It's wonderful, so they tell me
I can't recall who said it
I know I never read it
I only know they tell me that love is grand
And
The thing that's known as romance is wonderful, wonderful
In every way, so they say
To leave your house some morning
And, without any warning
You're stopping people, shouting that love is grand
And
To hold a girl in your arms is wonderful, wonderful
In every way

the beginning of the song sounds like something out of "everywhere at the end of time"

What if ichael ackson sang that?
They say Falling inlove is Billy jean ,
Is Billy Jean, soooo.... Beat it🤪
NO. His voice is all wrong for a song that demands a solid sonorous voice, not his pipsqueak one.
