OMG, this is SO me. All of it. Now it explained why it took me 30 years to uncover my identity and why I uncovered it through my shadow, why I am a coach and teach spirituality, why boundaries such a challenge to me (+ moon in Pisces) and my name is Maya which means dissolving an illusion. Wow!
I’m not sure if this is a 12th house thing (12th house sun in Leo here) but throughout my life I have had a terrible habit of not sticking up for myself when someone is blatantly rude to me or disrespectful in some way. I’m not a confrontational person, so I prefer to let things roll off my back and attribute it to “well that person is just an asshole and not worth the drama” but then later when I reflect back on it I think why on earth didn’t I just say something to defend myself? I’m 40 years old now and this has been a pattern since I was a child. I have a ton of inner strength and find I can weather any storm, but this tendency to not hold others accountable when necessary I think gives them the impression that I’m weak. Curious to know if any other 12th housers can relate.
Absolutely exhausting placement until the maturation process takes place and we learn to not give a fuck about what other people think. Balance is also key along with consistent and practical routine. I'm soon to be 28 and just now understanding how to put this all together, still a long way to go. Not a placement for the faint of heart you are basically given the magnifying glass by spirit to be able to see deeper and alot of the times what you aee is not pretty whether it's wordly, within others or within ourselves.

Also my name is Mokshada which means freedom from life and birth and physical earthly life.. 😊.. Yet I choose to play this worldly game. 🙂

A natal (birth) chart is erected based on time of birth (you may be thinking of horoscope astrology which is based on sun sign only, and not personalized). You can plug in your date, time and location of birth to any website that generates free charts and determine what house your sun is in! (heads up, there are MANY different house systems and the default is Placidus on most sites. I use Whole Signs.)
