- Bitter Gourd Curry is not only delicious, but it’s also incredibly healthy as well. It can be eaten with both, rice and chapati or roti.
Ingredients :
Kakarkaya / Bitter gourd - 250 gms
Oil - 3 tbsps
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
jeera - 1 tsp
onion - 1 cup
green chillies - 4 to 5
salt - 1 tsp
chilli powder - 1 tsp
dry coconut powder - 2 tsps
coriander powder - 2 tsps
til powder - 2 tsps
coriander leaf - few
jaggery - 3 tsps
milk - 1/4 th cup

Mam saw this video now and liked it very much.mam a small tip after cutting bittergourd put some quantity of sea salt and allow to rest for 20minutes. All bitter water will come out then do as you have done no bitterness will be try it once and see the difference thanks god bless you and your family
Without doing that method curry will be no bitter taste.. try it once

Can you make this recipe without milk? Or is there another alternative for milk? Thanks
You can skip milk.. it just enhances the taste
I didn't added coconut powder ,milk, Jaggery
Why did you add milk?

What is til powder?
It’s Sesame seeds powder
Where is Salt.? It appears salt is not added😀

Don't add too much chilli.. just add how much you want
