The things from debug that you called tanks are actually milk cans. Famers used them to transport milk. They stopped using them in the 70's.

i believe the item you thought was for farming is a plough, you put it behind either horses or a tractor to plough the field so you can then drop in seeds. don't fully quote me on it though, i've just seen farmers use it around here

apparently the world is Romanian revival inspired and they mix modern and antique furniture a lot in their builds which i have you are seeing the contrasting furniture

a wake is a viewing that takes place before a funeral. A memorial can take place at anytime after the death has occurred

I think you can use the bar stools with that talk round table, I've seen them used in pubs (bars) & nightclubs. We call those tank items milk churns over here so they are farm decor in game. Pity they didn't add an infant crib & a single bed since they added a basinet & a toddler bed. I hope the storybook crib will look good with them.
