It looks very romanian! The face in the mountain seems inspired by Decebalus and the architecture (especially the little black church in the cemetery) and the obsession with the macabre and ghost stories is very romanian lol
Those "things" are haystacks. The world is based on Romania. There are several places you can choose to hold your funeral in. Your home, the chapel at the cemetery, the night club and the bar to name a few. In Mourningvale, I'm going to create a gypsy fortune teller and her son who has the mark of Grim and move them into the Cozy Casket house where she will tell fortunes or hold seances. On the empty lot, I'm going to build a run down, haunted castle where an elder lives with his adult son. The elder in a historian who studies and reads about ghosts and his son will be a Grimtern. Think Anthony Hopkins and Hugh Jackman. Thanks.
Hi Rosa. I haven't watched one of your videos in awhile as I've been going though grief and haven't been myself. But I wanted to let you know I still love your videos and the work you put into them.
Holy $hit... We DO get a 64 x 64 lot. THANK you. The overview had me worried. Looks like a bunch of 50x50 and 50x40 lots. I'm still not really into the "grimterns" career. In my opinion, it's way too campy and too much exposition for an aspect of the game I would have preferred remain mysterious, but other than that, this pack really does seem like a full package, likely one of the most complete packs they released... inb4 a descent into bug madness.
@@Edriella - Damn right. Sad day for Mr. Create4sims, cause I plan on bulldozing that nongraveyardlooking graveyard to the ground, and making that into my protag's grand chateau estate. Conversely, I'll be turning all of Mourningvale into a massive cemetery, with no house builds, just a large crypt in the center. This world really will be great as my main home world. The whispering Glenn 64x64 is a question mark. I've always wanted to build an over-the-top massive insane haunted mansion with hallways and stairs that lead to nowhere, but the 64x64 lot in Winderberg where the Fyres household resides, is a strong contender for that too.
@@Brakathor Yes great ideas! I was also planning setting up huuuge mansion with secret basement on that cool Windenburg island. Also I was thinking about dividing such estate with For Rent feature and make it multi generational.
I think those straw things are for storing hay temporarily(?) or something. I’ve seen those being used in old (Finnish) movies when people worked in the fields.
The nightclub and a house looking almost exactly the same is so lame, and the landscaping for a lot of the lots just looks like base game so I'll probably want to upgrade that 😅
Is it just me or do EA tend to make the free lots by default in the most boring places? ;_; There's never pretty scenery around or behind them. The premade families always end up having the best looking lots. I know we can freely move them if we want to but thats not my point xD
