Really interesting. I feel i do, on my better serves, strike the ball in the suggested zone, but I also know that I can get sloppy and be less accurate with my ball drop. Your explanation of the mechanics rings very true, and explains why the occasional serve is just plain rubbish. Oh for consistency!
My serve didn't evolve with my padelgame... Perfect timing, with a great video! I would also love a vid about the 'kick smash', as a player without a tennis background, it isn't easy to learn by yourself. Keep up the good work!
I think this video gave us a nice tidbit or insight, I could not imagine Sandy had played ice hockey. Cool!😉👍 I mean coming from Sweden ice hockey is pretty common but Great Britain isn't really an ice hockey nation.
Are you allowed to start your serve on the wrong side of the court ….then bounce the ball in the correct side of the court then serve but make sure your one foot is on the ground…..so basically what I’m asking are you allowed to start on the wrong side then take a 2-3 step from the wrong side of the court then into the correct side bounce and serve normally …. Or is this all just too much movement and not legal ?
Short answer: No, that is not allowed. If you'd like to dive deeper, here are the official rules. Have a read on rule #6: www.padelfip.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/2-game-regulations.pdf

I'd like to see her service movement and her results at the same time. 😅
Yeah, we felt the same way afterwards. Will improve for next time! Thanks for the support!
Excellent video and format.
Much appreciated!
Please include lots of slow motion, so that it easier to see the action needed.

"didn't make me a better hockey player though" 😂
Excellent video in terms of advice; however she is hitting all her serves above waist level. I am surprised he didn’t correct her
