मास्टर मदनका इस दुनिया से जाना और मेरा आना एक ही साल में हुआ था, अतः बिल्कुल बचपन से उनको सुनने का सौभाग्य मिला। उनकी लोकप्रियता चरम पर थी और उनकी अकाल मृत्यु से संगीत की दुनिया सदमे में थी। हालाँकि उनके सभी गानों के रेकॉर्ड्ज़ प्राप्त नहीं होने के कारण मेरे पास केवल चार ही थे, लेकिन अपनेआप में यह एक नायाब ख़ज़ाना ही था। अब आप के द्वारा अन्य गाने सुनने को मिले तो मन बहुत प्रसन्न हुआ। आप का हार्दिक धन्यवाद। ऐसी ही अत्यन्त सुरीली गायिका श्रीमती कमला झरिया के गानों का भी आस्वाद संगीत-प्रेमियों को करायें, तो जो उनसे अपरिचित हैं वे इसी तरह झूम उठेंगे।
