I live on a boat and in the yard and sometimes i help a man who has learning diffculties , who pops in eating my biscuits along with a cup of tea and he owns a small boat himself, i do wiring , wood work etc for him , and he came out with me one day to pick up parts for the digger in the yard , we cruised around nattering about anything and had this on in the background .
A few weeks later i was helping him fit a stereo on his boat and that had a USB socket and explained to him about USB sticks and got him one and asked what sort of music (he is in his mid 60s) he asked for this track :-) .
Wholesome. This is such a beaut though so not surprising

This mix is an absolute CLASSIC. Hate to use the word masterpiece, but IMHO it's an essential collection for any triphop playlist. It's how the tracks flow so naturally together that I love.
So many things've changed since the last time I listened this. It still perfect. Miss old times though
This whole sound encapsulates an oscillating vibe of daily life movement to get you through almost all days in getting into that autopilot mode so that when it's time to focus on things you really care about it helps you avoid the depressive mood swings that you exist and that you still haven't accomplished what you wanted yet.

First listened to the original upload back in 2017 on my first acid trip and all I can remember was seeing this picture of them smoking moving with the smoke like it was real life. Crazy how time flies and memories with it. Spent years trying to find this playlist again until I googled lofi trip hop yesterday.

About 5 years ago I was going through a pretty rough patch in my life. I listened to this mix during my first Ayahuasca journey. Mostly laying still with my eyes closed. It made a great musical guide to keep me relaxed and comfortable even at the highest points. Great music to stay grounded and relaxed during self reflection

what did the original mix have?
This came to me on an acid trip...and it wasn't a good one either. But I looked down at my phone and this was recommended and not even lying I clicked on it because I thought it was me....like this drawing looks identical to myself. So still to this day, I come back to this and listen to it and remember that the universe is watching, and always loving

Went through a psychedelic stage a few years ago. Just swinging back by to reminisce. Still hits my core.
One of my all time favorites, I dont know how many years ago I types in trip hop, love love love it. It's my go to selection during many scenarios, bbq, loneliness, isolation and now from a hospital room with my subwoofer trying to wake the dead. Love it!
