How to install WW2 German Helmet Liner

Installing a helmet liner - the 2nd pin I had to do again slightly as when you take them out they lose their shape a bit and it's hard to get them tight again without fully straightening them.

Thank you very much Christian - I’m fairly amateur by TH-cam standards, but authentic! I’ll be doing an update on my whole collection in the coming weeks - 11/12 helmets now and how to install a decal on an m40 I’ve just refurbished soon too! 👌

Apologies for the phone having issues and being cut - would have re-done but it's tricky to undo all the split pins and g et them 100% to go again!

Now i have seen the video of the helmet as opposed to pics of it..its my view it may of been paint post war for civil use or used as a hells angle helmet 50's-60's.. then that paint stripped away and the person got carried away once he saw the DAK paint and early droop tail decals.. its a real DAK helmet & the main thing is your happy with it ... good video but talk louder or get a new mic.. :)

Thanks for the feedback, I have a 5 year old iPhone that’s dying - getting the new model in a couple months when it’s out!
You could be right for sure that there was paint over all of this and someone was not very careful scrubbing it all away.. check my other video I show it more in detail as opposed to this video.
Definitely need to get more storage on the next phone and have better quality vids with less issues!
