@@МадинаЗайнуллина-х5щ Они собираются на площадях и танцуют по разному. Но синхронно. В одинаковых одеждах. Прохожие иногда подстраиваются на минутку и уходят потом по своим делам. Однажды был дождь и несколько женщин танцевали в вестибюле дома, где я жила. С собой у них просто магнитофончик и маленькие колонки. Музыка тоже разная у всех. Но движения завораживают.

I find it interesting that they call this the ghost dance step. It reminds of the ghost dance the American Indians got into in the 1800s, hoping to invoke the return of the Messiah to save them from the persecution the US government had inflicted on them. Does anyone know why these Chinese people call this the ghost step? The dance is beautiful and so light hearted.
