Hi there, I'm wheelchair bound due to severe Osteoarthritis in both hip ball joints. But nothing stops me from joining your songs and dance, in the wheelchair, doing buttock crunches. It hurts like he'll but very much worth it. Love you're casual relaxed movement and just can't help myself, must move together with you guys when I hear the music. Love it ! Love it ! 🙄

I can watch these young people over and over it seems they have a ton of energy and bounce in there step that never stops . I think they enjoy this type of dance step that just doesn't quit I truly believe it never gets old for them and they can go on and on . So enjoyable to watch them . Thanks to them for another worlds fun that they give way to go !!!!!!!!!
You should watch it again, and look closer. Those are not "young" people. They seem to be an older generation. Good for them. They are doing a great job and I too love to watch them dance.

My 80 yr old sister & I both love to watch those guys dance & we have our favorites from the girls. Some of the dancers look like they do the steps the exact same with hand movements, height of the kicks, toe points & turns. I wonder how long they have been dancing together.

好喜歡，看了幾次練習了幾次眼睛會腳不會，腳會手不會😅😅
跳這種舞可以跟隨著輕快的節奏，變化踩踏的腳步，起到運動的作用，有的動作需以單腳支撐，且同時還要作移動。前排的動作整齊劃一，增加了整個群體的可看性。穿著的運動鞋-螢光綠（搭配黑褲），非常搶眼，令人目不轉睛一直注視著鞋子的律動。
这种舞就是老年人对年轻人跳的鬼步舞改良的版本
真的很好看，看了第一次，就會一直想看
