- Bawa House is a modern take on sustainable living in Bali. Built on a formerly barren plot of land, the house uses natural materials and a lush garden to create a low-impact living space. The design incorporates prefabricated elements and a modular system to reduce waste and construction time.
This minimalist family home prioritizes connection with nature. Large windows and walkways blur the lines between indoors and outdoors, while the positioning of the buildings creates a feeling of being surrounded by greenery. The garden itself not only attracts wildlife but also helps cool the house during hot weather. Bawa House serves as a model for sustainable living, existing in harmony with the environment and community.

It's a waste to see tropical houses without solar. What a fraud.
One of the disadvantages of using solar panels is the cost of buying and installing solar panels which are still fairly expensive.
It gets very hot and humid in Bali. So, it is a necessity to have solar panels with batteries to power ACs at night. So, you have to find a way to afford the solar panels 🙂
