Washers and dryers are located outside in Arizona also. You don’t want your dryer heating up your house because it’s already 112° outside in our electric bills are already over $300 in the summer. Many washer and dryers are in the garage here also
Cartess, I've enjoyed all of your Videos and may swing by on my way to David, Panama. I wasn't going to say anything, but being a Old G from the south, your a better man than myself looking at Homes with this situation. 😊
As always great information! Cartess can you offer information for people who may have down-payments and need bank loans to pay off the balances. Gracias
CO2 is only available if your using a Gas dryer and I have yet to see a Washer that produces CO2. CO2 is something we as Americans need to be more aware of, it has no smell or taste and you can't see it before it kills.
Why would you have carbon monoxide? We have our washing and dryer machines inside in Australia. Never outside. We hang out clothes outside to dry, only use a dryer if absolutely necessary. We don't have gas dryers at all.
@angelaoliver7776 The dryer is what's can leak the carbon dioxide, and I guess the wishing machine is in case of water leaking or over flow which can happen with any washer do this way it won't case any damage to your home or furniture. This is what I have heard on other TH-cam channels, from Americans moving to Mexico whom asked that question.
I really like the home. Question is about the furniture. Where do you buy the furniture to put in the home? Can you get a bank to finance a home and what is the finance rate.
Plenty of furniture stores in Merida to buy from. Typically won't get local financing from a bank in Mexico. Most pay cash or take out home equity in the States and buy overseas
There are amazing penthouse options in merida and near the beach too... Contact Andrea and let her know your needs: www.moveabroadandthrive.com/andrea/

Hi Cartess, I think the reason they keep the washer and dryer outside is due to carbon dioxide. If there are any leaks it won't be in the house
